@The-Inside-Cabin....Pete I have to comment that you and your fellow cruisers have certainly seemed to make the "best" of the changes that have happened to cruising post covid. I am following several other reviews on this cruise line and I am really surprised at the negativity. For me any day I can be on a ship is better than not being on a ship. I am surprised that folks do not realize that our entire society and world has changed since COVID. When we cruise in January I do not expect our experience to be the same a pre Covid, but we will have a great time because we are cruising. Your review has been very informative and refreshing and it give cruising a look at the "glass half full" outlook which unfortunately many are viewing it the other way. All businesses have changed and had to regroup. Thank you for all you have done in providing us with a FABULOUS review of your world cruise. I am sorry to see it come to an end. Safe travels home.

I have read several reviews with horror stories of boarding in Vancouver. From what I have read the port is not handling multiple ships boarding in port on the same day well at all. Long lines and long boarding times. Someone who was a "turnaround passenger" got off in Vancouver for a few hours and was directed into the line with boarding passengers and then asked someone else and was redirected to board via staff entrance. Sounds like the port in Vancouver needs some organization for sure.

Pete this is the BEST cruise review ever! Absolutely love your positive attitude all the way around no matter what comes your way. I have thoroughly enjoyed following along. I think it helps to follow several reviews and get different perspectives as we all travel differently. Enjoy the remaining time on your cruise, sorry to see it come to an end for sure. Will watch for future reviews.

@Jamman54...Jeff ALL the pics are WONDERFUL, great color and sharpness! It is GREAT to see the autos from the older classic Carnival ships moved to the newer ships to give them new life! Wonderful memories from cruising on those older ships no longer in the fleet! Susan

Our 1st cruise to Hawaii on HAL 18 days! We are retired so no more counting vacation days. HAL is now our favorite cruise line.

I must be doing something wrong when trying to read your review. I have already read up to Roatan but I have to go back every time and start at the beginning! Looking forward to reading the rest of your review when you have the time to post, I understand how busy you must be for sure. Glad your foot is better and you were able to get back to cruising. Our first cruise post Covid is in January 2024.

I can feel your excitement building! What time is the train to Whittier, was hoping you would have some time in Anchorage to sightsee there is so much there to see, especially the Visitors Center downtown. The flowers should be spectacular.

I hope the internet issue on the ship did not cause too much stress that you were not able to enjoy yourself, but something tells me it definitely made for a more somber cruise. I don't think Meagan will be upset. She posted on another social site that she can not access CC via the internet on Celebrity. She can access other sites but not CC. I followed all of Benny's live reviews, I thought they were very informative etc. I found him on the other social media site and I was VERY surprised. Not what I had pictured in my mind. I have never heard of Cruise Life Rick, sorry. I think it is unfortunate that these influencers "love em and leave em" but that is their job I guess. Another reason to be very careful what we all post out there on the internet!

According to what has been posted on.another thread he is a paid influencer and has just completed his tasks. He is still cruising and posting on the other site that we don't mention here. I had a gut feeling he was an influencer, too smooth, but I did enjoy his reviews.

We can analyze the situation all we want and I do not necessarily disagree with you, but I had a gut feeling, the posts were too smooth and almost too perfect. Especially the responses when asked did he work and he said yes when on the ship and he was asked who he cruised with and it was always alone. It is what it is, I too am disappointed as I enjoyed the reviews and the pics...I still don't believe he ate all that food all the time!

@jam19872016...thank you so much for this update. I had a feeling that was the situation and I am very happy for him! I would love to follow him on that other site!

@LouChamp....I too followed Benny and wondered what happened. Someone made a comment that they thought he was a "plant" getting complimentary cruises for his reviews and the party ended. It would be nice if folks would just say...."it has been a nice ride but now it is time to move on"....but it often doesn't happen that way. @KmomChicago......welcome back you have been missed for sure! This is definitely like an amusement ride that one is on and the ride suddenly stops in the middle of down hill and people start screaming! If @Roscoe13 texted her which he did and no response then I feel something is up more than sketchy wifi and sooner or later I feel confident @MeganGC1983 will let us all in on what happened, she is a great business woman and responsible adult for sure.

We all LOVE @MeganGC1983 and her reviews and know it is not like her to not keep in touch and she has definitely gone silent!
