Do they perform at the Playhouse? If so, lots of pubs for you to chose to go in before and after the performance! -

I’m actually not there as in Somerset for a few days and it’s not snowing here (near Yeovil). The Robin was grateful for a few crumbs this morning! -

I think you have to try all avenues. I also think you have answered your own question by saying the kids “just want their Mum back” - and that to them is absolutely priceless. Go for it as you would otherwise you will always wonder if this place might have made the pain much more bearable. 😘 -

@TigerB thank you for a comprehensive and informative read. So pleased you had a good cruise. I especially enjoyed reading about all the different eating venues. -

Finding your report interesting as I’m on Iona for the first time in June. I’m also a solo traveller (but used to Aurora) so am especially interested in how you find it all. I’m thinking it’ll be a totally different experience but going with an open mind and so looking forward to it. -

@P&O SUE so pleased it all went well yesterday. 5 years old is on the young side for a funeral, but if they are well behaved and can understand that it is not a frightening event - then I’m all for it. Strangely enough I’m not keen on the Asda advert - don’t know why (as I like Mr Buble) and I know I’m in the minority as my friends like it too. Perhaps I’m just bah humbug this year as not keen on the John Lewis one either! 😀 -

I always remember my Dad and my Uncle today who both served in the RAF during WW2. My Dad happily came through, but his brother who served 3 years as a navigator was shot down over France at the age of 21. 😥 -
Given that GG said which cabin those “ladies” were in, I imagine a few passengers might have done that already! 🤣

Thoroughly enjoyed your blog @Selbourne and I look forward to your Aurora postings from the 65 nighter!

I’ve just seen the video Gareth posted and I think it quite disgraceful that three women (mothers and grandmothers) who should know better behaved like that. I hope P&O look into it, but sadly, unless the incidents were recorded - nothing will happen. What is even sadder, is that his whole life people have continually teased him about his stutter - but to have people do it knowing he was sitting on the next door balcony listening to them, is quite awful.

Wonderful news. Many many congratulations. Hopefully you seen get to see and hold your precious bundle. -
Wow. What a good idea. I hope it’s fleet wide as didn’t see that Aurora a few months ago, but then I wasn’t looking for it.

Freddie hates the fireworks. They were not too bad here thankfully but imo tighter restrictions on the sale of them need to be put in place (but that won’t happen). A sunny but cold start to the day here and how nice to have no heavy rain mentioned in today’s weather forecast.
