From our experience the Piazza is always to loud on any of their ships. At times it's even hard to order a cup of coffee or something from the IC no less sit down to a relaxing meal. You would have though they could have put the restaurant behind a partition of some sort.

On the Enchanted it switched back once or twice but most times it stayed connected to the input we selected. I even brought a long nosed tweezer to plug in the HDMI cable but didn't have to use it. Considering the limited number of new movie selections I would definitely bring material to watch on the ships although Netflix worked quite well provided the internet connection is strong enough. They've cutback on getting new material considerable since they've returned to sailing.

I think the 2 top tables are now going to be the most popular seating arrangement (because of covid). They'll assign only so many as they can & tell the rest of the people to queue up at the door as they become available.

What ever he's called, don't be late to arrive. There are usually dozens of people waiting for various reasons & you'll be queued up for quite a while especially with this latest system not working all that great. 😄

It isn't unless you're counting on the magnet to hold your Medallion in place so you don't use it. I've read about it happening a few times with some of the aftermarket ones sold on eBay. Either way I don't care so much as my husband made our holder and it works perfectly.

I haven stayed in one of those cabins but have read comments that deck 15 can be noisy in the early mornings when they set up the deck chairs. I don't believe the bar opens until 10 AM.

It'll work provided you can get access to the HDMI input jack on the TV and then switch the input to the correct one. Your better off with something like a Roku device which is much easier to transport provided you convert your movies to .mp4 files before your leave home.

I suppose we'll just have to agree to disagree but leave it up to the individual to decide for themselves at to the strength of them. I'll continue to give my opinion as will you but in the end I wouldn't rely on them to use in place of a magnet to adhere to much.

I wonder if they would provide one for the Caribbean cruises in the fall if someone insisted?

We never did go to many before the covid break so maybe it just my imagination about it being less appealing.

All of the Medallions they've given out on the last few years are similar. They all have very weak magnets - just enough to make them hold in their Medallion bracelet but not strong enough to interfere with pacemakers.

You must have a different Medallion than any of the ones we even received. They barely can stick to my refrigerator or a piece of sheet metal.

🖐️ Hello, right here. From what we've seen in the Caribbean in recent years there's a line forming at the DR' door just before 17:00 every night. It make for easy planning for all the nights activities unless you like to return from excursions at the last minute or lay by the pool until the sun goes down.

The magnet is very, very weak so there's no worry about demagnetizing your credit cards.

The invitation we received said formal but my husband never pays much attention to that anyway.

It only say formal on the invitation but it really not. Jeans & a Polo is what my husband wore the last 3 events. We only went to here the numbers of passengers aboard the ship. Since there's no appetizers any longer and having the drink package, we only pop in to listen for a while & make our way to dinner ASAP. No officers were there either, so why bother.

Our future trip does show our reservation but I'll still have to check once aboard the ship. I don't trust the App.

That's one thing that the Medallion App does well.

We travel alone and meet people during the day. We also eat quite early so unless there's something really special to attract us to go, it only makes us late for dinner and it gets more crowded at 6:30 or 7 PM.
