  1. I’m anxious to know too! What ship? Seems like inconsistency, even between ships. They didn’t tell my TA today that it was discontinued, his sales rep. Eventually, this should come from headquarters to the ships to implement. Will be waiting…🧭⏱️⏲️⏰🕰️⌛️⏳

  5. Even the TA’s are saying differently things, depends on who they get at PCL. My TA said, today he was going around and around with PCL and they tried to book the coffee package and couldn’t. They had a lot of problems with the website today. Duh 🙄 They said NOTHING about it being discontinued. OMG … Another poster was told by GS on a ship, they did not discontinue it, they are trying to put it on the App, so guests can order the coffee package. What? IT is going to be involved…that really made me nervous. Okay, maybe over the weekend? Was that why the website was so crazy today for a lot of folks? 😳

  8. We’ve been happy with the booking. You go to hyatt website afterwards and you can pull up your confirmation and print or screenshot. Any changes or cancellations you do it with Hyatt.

  10. I don’t recall any wine packages. CCL has or had wine packages, sometimes.

  14. It seems most of the sale fares, say new bookings only these days. So, the TA would need to rebook, you would lose any perks with that one and get the perks of the new fare. Yes, you would have to rebook everything you booked originally , like excursions, onboard services, EZAir reservations, Stock OBC, your deposit, etc. So, weigh the differences and see which is better for you. You’ll get your refunds on these items and have to request them again. Make sure your deposit is refundable. Sometimes, they are not.
  15. Do not worry for 1 minute. Full suites have priority reservations for SD. If you try to book in the App, it should show you having a credit. It may just be the App or it could be the SD has put a limit on the bookings, since it is so close to sailing. It does NOT matter that this is your first Princess cruise, that is wrong. But, I’ve been told, don’t worry about it, we will take care of those in full suites, holding back a few tables. It has never been a problem. So, you can call from your suite and book it or stop by the SD and book it OB. Or, if your ship has a suite concierge, they can do it.
  16. The other lines are pushing beverage packages too. That’s where the money is, all the extras/addons. I wish they had just increased the price instead of discontinuing. If that is true? We’re not big drinkers either. So, I understand where you’re coming from. Well, we should know more this week.
  17. The last 2 sailings they requested you order the day before you want it., Because of short staffing . If you want it every sea day, you can put in a standing order for that too. We really just enjoy the tea and scones with jam and cream. You can make it just what you want.
  18. We don’t know for sure yet. This was reported from one ship, the Sky. Should know more on Sat/Sun sailings.
  19. That’s my dilemma too. Need to know what we can trade for. If we know ahead of time, we can cancel what we won’t need, as a pre purchase item. I think up to 3 days before sailing. I wonder if you’ve pre purchased the coffee card, will they honor it? I’ve purchased it on a lot of future cruises already.
  20. Sounds like something is corrupt in one of the bookings. Maybe after your March cruise, if it’s still an issue, IT can fix it? A360ad7@carnival.com
  21. Big mistake. I’m not buying a big beverage package either. So disappointed. We’ll just buy it a la carte if that’s still possible.
