  1. Sounds like this last update over the weekend may have implemented the medallion shipping charge into the App. I was hoping they would only charge if you ordered accessories. Did you try to order it on the website version of the App? LMK To me, it sounded like if you buy accessories you would be charged $10 for as many accessories as you wanted. Written poorly! Delivered to Your Door Shop for accessories and customizations through your OceanProfile® record in the MedallionClass® app. You can also find accessories on board in our OceanFront™ store. Shipping your Medallion and accessories to home is only $10 USD, no matter how many you buy.
  2. Did you look over your personal documents to see if everything looks good? Check your phone number to see if that is correct and the postal code? That was fixed, supposedly, last year. But, they have fixed one issue and it creates another error.
  3. IDK these errors unless those are errors before final payment. As a platinum or elite you should be able to book as soon as you put a deposit on the cruise. Look at your profile picture, click on it, does it show the correct loyalty level? Sea witch is silver? You might send a message to the IT team if your level is incorrect or call into Princess to fix your loyalty level or see if they can book the SD for you? Askoceanmedallion@carnival.com Name booking no Ship and sail date the issue you are having…responses Type of device you are on I would go through every entry on the website and see if it looks okay. Then, go to the downloaded App, see if you have any red check marks. Fix them. Try clearing your cache and history. Try a different device. Let us know if anything works.
  4. Yes, not same day, if you’re local it’s not as hard. But, these Feb ships are really heavy. The Enchanted is full also.
  5. Probably the Sky? Those Caribbean cruises are really full. OP’s probably trying to figure this out. 🤔
  6. LA was a little faster because we were green lane with a QR code. After you pick a time on the App, you’ll get a QR code. I’m sure it wasn’t a lot if time saved, but they did look at it and sent us on through. Not the time, just that we had a QR code. Try App Click >Personal information and documents Move down Gray bar “Suggested” click >Arrivals pick your time
  7. It’s oversold. We’ve taken it before. See exactly what is offered or if you don’t want it at all then DECLINE. They Will get enough, as they keep offering different incentives to move. They also did this on a caribbean cruise for next week. Those OB now, were offered a full refund if they didn’t take the next one on their b2b and a free cruise for later.
  8. If you bid on an UG, that could be up to 3 days before or some say sailing date. Don’t worry about the arrival time, just go when it’s best for you. Did you not find the arrivals on the App? At this point, I wouldn’t even bother. Have fun!
  9. Yes, you can. Sometimes I book ahead and pay for it, if it’s like a really important date, like anniversary or birthday.
  10. Yes. Just call the RS line, from your cabin, when you get OB.
  11. Usually, you can use OBC for excursions. You will know if your OBC is eligible for excursions, if you book it, you’ll see it will take OBC first before the credit card. The balcony breakfast…no, but you can book it once OB using OBC. On Board credit is to be used “on board.” Only exception I know is excursions.
  12. It can happen. It happened to us 1 time out of 8 cruises. So, when you walk up to a bar or MDR, etc…they can see your information. Extremely helpful if you’re grabbing a coffee or drink. Your info must have come up, instead of the one placing an order. They normally ask your name before they charge your medallion. I just check our folio every day or 2. If they just verify the name or cabin number, before the charge, this would not happen.
  13. The one before that was 12 days before sailing! Good luck!
  14. If you’re asking me….most of the time they write down the cabin no and they question the b2b, hence the extra bottles. But, always agree and send us through.
  15. My last one opened exactly 59 days before. No charge! 😂
  16. Bet it did. Ours stayed in there from our Nov/Dec cruise. I didn’t even have to upload it again. They saw it at the port on their screen when we checked in. It also is in there for all my future cruises booked. It says complete.
  17. Maybe for ORDERS after Feb 20th. I know plenty of folks taking cruises after Feb 20th and no charge, including myself.
  18. You booked your cruise directly with PCL on the website?
  19. We’ve always been able to do this. Questioned by newer employees at the port alcohol desk. But, they did let us through by writing down our cabin no. What port was this?
  20. What I would do, if I had a party of 6, is speak to the DR Mgr/Maitre’d the first night and ask if they could confirm a table for 6 for your cruise. They may have a time or MDR that will work for you. I wouldn’t want to have to eat different times every night, different DR’s and worry about going to the buffet. JMO
  21. You’ll see it on your account when you get OB, as a refundable OBC.
  22. There is on my bookings, however the next one is Enhanced the rest, IDK yet. I was asking @MustangGTbecause, if they had their vax card uploaded, even previously on another cruise, that would have come up, when they checked in at the port. That might be WHY they were only asked and not asked to show the card?
  23. Those on excursions should have done their homework. It’s the responsibility of the guest to check requirements for each country they visit. Excursions has to follow the rules also, they are responsible to check before taking them off the ship. We had some guests also that did not have a vaccination and they stayed OB. Let me ask, did you upload your copy of your vaccination in the App?
  24. Congrats! 🎉 Great way to celebrate. This looks like a good cabin choice with a little larger balcony. We prefer either Aft facing or the Caribe deck on this ship with large balconies. We like midship or mid forward. Just depends on what you prefer.
