  1. Emed is very efficient, professional and easy to do. Results in minutes by email and a QR code. 2 pack https://store.emed.com/s/product/2pack-covid19-telehealth-kit/01t8c00000PlYLZAA3 or a 2 pack or 3 pack https://store.optum.com/shop/products/abbott-binaxNOW-COVID-19-ag-emed-at-home-test-kit-3-pack/
  2. Maybe easier for alcohol/soda switch, but assume if you switch for coffee packages, it would have to be RS.
  3. Here’s a list for now. Testing requirements really can vary in these too. https://www.princess.com/protocol/?voyage=enhanced
  4. They have been responsive to me several times. At least, letting me know they were working on issues with the App. And, the issues were resolved at that time. Also, you can call the general PCL phone line and pick the option for the Medallion team for getting ocean ready. Many have used the phone route and said recently they were also responsive.
  5. They would take her off the ship and send her to the hospital. They don’t set bones or do orthopedic surgery. Cruise over!
  6. Wow! You must have a magic computer! I don’t see any of these. Sign up for all of them! Quickly! Gotta be related to casino rates. IMO
  7. I might add…if they do hold the same table for you, they will hold it for 10-15 mins and after that, will give it away if you’re late. You should cancel that night if you’re not going to use it, such as a SD or buffet, etc.
  8. Meanwhile, go to the cruise personalizer on the website and try the website version of the App. Click on checkin and you’ll see a hyperlink to try the website version. Do everything you can on that web version. See if it populated in the Princess App after your entries. Give it 1 day before you check.
  9. Your best bet is on the first night, IF you like your table and waiters, then ask the Maitre’d/DR Mgr if you could have that table every night. If your a private table, it’s easier than a shared table, unless all parties agree to share that table too every night and speak to the DR Mgr/Maitre’d also. Seems each ship the MDR is run a little differently, but the first couple of nights getting people settled in tables seems to be the most difficult for them. TD was a lot easier on the staff, I think. Anyway, we were able to do that on all of our cruises so far, since the restart. Make a reservation for same time, same MDR every night and check on the 1st night.
  10. I wonder if this is a new policy or just the ship you were on?
  11. That’s good info for solos out there. Don’t think it’s fair, especially if you pay 200%. That’s how it works if you buy 2 coffee cards, like for a 30 day cruise. When you’ve used 15, the next 15 are loaded. Had no idea about solo cruisers.
  12. Do you know how many noro cases are OB? Question from @Jagajak1
  13. Instead of Noro, could that have been food poisoning?
  14. So, was it a solo discounted rate or was it a double fare. I know they have had real solo cabin rates recently. Maybe that makes a difference?
  15. Not a very active roll call, but you could post your question there.
  16. I’d go to the roll call and see how it’s going. Stay safe. I’m sure they’ll do a deep cleaning in port.
  17. To add…it really depends on how many b2b’s there are on your TAD. We’ve had 4 b2b guests up to 500 b2b guests. Once we had choc covered strawberries in our cabin, and once a photo of the 4 b2b guests, of us with the CD. But, on these larger B2B’s, mostly since the restart, we’ve had mimosas when we walked back OB, after the quick walk through customs. It really depends on the ship, crew and the size of the group. We never expect anything, but another fun cruise. And it’s so nice when they surprise us. We just go to lunch, before the big crowd and then to our cabin.
  18. No. There is a difference. Your Enhanced says within 3 days prior to departure. Not by hours. Your cruise Health says: Right? Or, did they change it? Testing Requirements All guests ages 5 and older are required to take a medically observed COVID-19 Test. PCR or medically observed Antigen COVID-19 test taken within 3 days prior to embarkation, or Medically observed or self-administered antigen home test taken within 3 days before embarkation. Please upload all required documentation to the MedallionClass app for a quick and seamless embarkation process.
  19. We do a lot of b2b’s and always bring our allotted wine. I also print a copy of all the b2b’s we have on that ship. Yes, they do want to see proof and they mark down your cabin no. Mostly, new people working the alcohol table behind security. I assume this is from a US port?
  20. What’s your boarding group times? If they show up on the App yet? I’d go about an hour before the first boarding group A. Someone on a recent one should be able to chime in….. If they let you into the terminal much before the first arrival groups.
  21. Do you have a TA or CVP? If you have proof you should be able to fight this. If you booked directly with PCL, call and get this escalated and ask for customer solutions. You will have to explain everything before they will transfer. If final payment is due, this is urgent. There is no way you would have to book it by May 1st, as you didn’t leave until May 7th. So they wouldn’t have even put these FCC’s in your account for quite a while. Did you see the FCC in your account? Do you see them now? Did you get an email from them or was it just a letter from the Crown that you received on the cruise? Ask others on your roll call if they have the same problem. Call them right away. Let us know what they do.
  22. Then it is an issue with the App. Go figure!
