  2. Yes. That’s what we did. That is within 3 days. Ours was the 9th and we tested on the 6th. Perfect. Anytime that day, it doesn’t have to be late. We did our tests at 10 am …. 3 days before. You’ll probably find a place a lot easier at home. We had several choices here if we needed it. Maybe they will change it before March! 😁
  3. Would you be able to get it before leaving home? I booked Walgreens at home as a backup. Then, didn’t need it, as we did emed and then I cancelled my appmt.
  4. This statement is not true. More importantly, she asked for a place to get a covid test. Judy knows what type of cruise she is on. No worries.

  9. I read it that, if you ordered accessories, other than the free included one (the lanyard), then you pay shipping. Don’t know for sure. Guess we will see.
  10. Really? That person will call you back? Anyway, our summary was emailed to us one day after we disembarked. Did you check spam? Comes from noreply@Princess…… In order to get a summary from past experience, I emailed customerrelations@princesscruises.comand did get a copy about a month later. But, this was before the restart. IDK how long it takes now.
  11. Did you see the final bill? They usually send a summary of your folio after the cruise. If your final bill was a credit, that will be mailed to you. Mine took about 4 weeks to reach me. That is, if they realized you overpaid and will issue you a check for the overpayment. If that Is not the case, then I would probably dispute the charge as a double charge. You can go to contact us… on the website and fill out the post cruise comments and ask for a refund or Send an email to: customerrelations@princesscruises.com and give all details for a refund request. I have not had much or luck for responses from them though. So, that’s why I said, I’d dispute it.
  12. Also, check your travel summary now to make sure you don’t see the coffee packages on there now.
  13. You probably will get a notice, usually USPS. Comes in a bubble envelope white, with big blue sea witch. Last month, anyway.
  14. Yes, they usually arrive about 12-14 days before sail date.
  15. Are you on a casino discount or casino fare? Your fare type may be the problem. Not sure.

  17. Earlier I uninstalled and installed her app again. By doing that, wouldn't it bring in the latest version? She has iPhone It should download the current App. I say, it should. Not sure about anything on the App anymore. 😞
  18. OMG. It seems so easy on the website! I already purchased my cruise. Can I upgrade to either Princess Plus or Princess Premier? Absolutely! You can upgrade from Princess Standard to Princess Plus for only $60 per day or to Princess Premier for $80 per day. If you already have Princess Plus on your reservation, you can upgrade to Princess Premier for the difference, either $20 or $30 per-day, based on the price of your original package. To do so, simply contact Princess via our Contact Center, or contact your Travel Advisor. Please note that you may upgrade from Princess Plus to Princess Premier pre-cruise or on board the ship. If you have a TA or CVP, have them do it. If not, do it OB at GS.
  19. Did she do the recent update fir the App? If so, it’s just the App. Maybe they will fix this again. Has she tried an ipad sign in? I have an iPhone, and set up automatic updates. Did you ever get to purchase at 50%, or is it still full price for you?
  20. The website was acting up last night. Seems okay today, slow. She may need to delete the App and reinstall.
  21. I’d try another MDR. We did not have that problem last month on the Crown. They did pick up 65 new crew members on the disembark day. Sometimes a little slow, but nothing like that. Try private table or smaller sharing table. May help.
  22. Don’t do anything, just hold tight. It should correct itself. I’m am counting on that. 😳 Well, it has been reported anyway.
  23. When you get closer, also check with your hotels, especially San Pedro and see if they are having any issues. Also, the California highway dept. for any road closures. Watch that weather forecast. Check the roll call in early February out of San Pedro. Maybe February will be fine.
