  1. And, to add. If you do need to change your Medallion’s for the cabins, GS can do that for you, once OB. NP. They can program them to open both cabins, if need be. Not that complicated.

  4. Supposedly. However, a big update to dining was scheduled to happen today and hasn’t, so far. So, I would try to book the MDR in a few days, just to see if it’s possible. Otherwise, after FP. There is a thread about the Dining Reservations on the forum. We will update it when the dining has been updated. Here’s a thread.
  5. Yes, others have had a similar issue. This is not a b2b, as it is 2 different ships. It’s a s2s (side to side). The only one that can correct it, is the IT dept. If you go online to the website, the cruise personalizer should show correctly. Use the website version of the App. and should be able to do a lot of the checkin processes. If you have a CVP or TA, reach out to them to get the App corrected, as they may be able to get through to IT. Otherwise, call PCL and ask for ocean Ready or IT to make a ticket to get it corrected on the App.

  7. Agree! I met the Dir of Rest ops on the Enchanted last year, who had started the 360 on the Discovery. My idea was to have it according to the area that the ship was sailing. Entertaining and trying foods from the region would be awesome! He said, it would be very expensive to change up the full production. Maybe, one day? But, not in the near future.

  10. You should be able to reserve the MDR. It should be updated tmrw. Let’s hope. Try it on the App. You already made FP, so should not be an issue. Let us know.
  11. Exactly, that’s what we will find out. They do a dump and reload process, so it has been affecting some who try to book a reservation for any date. So, if they finish programming tmrw, like they say, we should go back in and rebook all the ones they canceled. For those, whom were waiting to make reservations, should be able to book them also. Here is when we will find out if the advance booking for Platinum/Elite has changed? Or, if anyone can book before FP. My bet….it will still be inconsistent.
  12. Welcome back! I would suggest to go through things that have changed on the PCL website, because a lot has changed. However, download the Princess Cruises App and look at dining tmrw, June 17th, because it is changing. This clip from the website may help. You will have 3 choices, depending if you’re sailing after Sep 14? Before that date, it is called DMW, Dine my way. You reserve a time and MDR that you want. Wait till tmrw or later to try these options. Hopefully, it will be loaded.
  13. It’s consistently been inconsistent, as far as making reservations for the MDR. Some (non Platinum/non Elite) have been able to book right away and others after FP. Who knows what the changes be with advance bookings? Good point, though.
  14. Be sure to check with the dine line as soon as you board or the next day. Ask if there will be a pop up Crab Shack and when. They list it in the patter, but I missed it before. So, good to ask.

  17. Retry your SD or MDR after they finish the dining update June 17th. It has been affecting any dining reservations off and on, even SD.

  19. I looked on AC website and just put in Nov 12 one way YYZ FCO and one way FLL YYZ on Dec 3. There is a non stop each way. Use your filter button when searching flights. Click non stop.
  20. This is not a permissible open jaw. It is 2 one ways. A round trip ticket does not apply. A permissible open jaw would be… the distance between your OJ can not be greater than the distance between your other cities on the ticket… Rome to FLL is a greater distance. Don’t think you need the explanation, just trying to tell you it does NOT qualify as a roundtrip or a permissible OJ ticket. TA itineraries would have to be one way tickets. EZAir has special rates with the cruiselines…Consolidator's AIr Cruise prices. That’s why they can offer good one way fares. Sorry, other than mileage points, or searching for airline one way tickets, IDK what else to tell you.
  21. That is not a roundtrip ticket. It is 2 one ways. Your best option is definitely EZAir or using your points. We’ve done both many times. Only other option, is if an airline has one way discounted tickets. I’m sure your TA has searched for you.

  24. Odd. Did he possibly log in to a slot and forget to sign out? Otherwise, could have been a glitch with the casino. They can see who was playing, as there are cameras all over. Did he ask, how that happened?
