  1. You definitely want an experienced agent to merge the 2 accounts. Keep her original number, as it has the history of cruises. Hopefully, any cruise you have booked has her married name, exactly as shown on her passport. I would call Tuesday, a PCL agent, or during the week after they open 6 am PT. If you have a TA or CVP, they may help you. Some of the PCL weekend agents may be new and not have a clue.
  2. These benefits are shown under Plus, you can see the extras they have. https://www.princess.com/en-us/cruise-deals-promotions/plus-premier-cruise-packages Also, these extra included items will be spelled out and their values on the website-cruise personalizer-travel summary. Print out the travel summary for reference for them. Welcome to the Princess forum.
  3. 😆 Right! It should… I like to keep my history clear.
  4. When you book dining on the App, you select the date, time, specialty restaurant and move down to check the button…Princess premier included. Did you see that? Some say, they show a charge, but it drops off. IDK about yours. It is definitely a programming error. Hopefully, yours will drop. We always just call once OB, the dine line from the room and book. But, we do long cruises and not a problem. If this it a short cruise, then it could be an issue waiting till OB. I do understand what you’re saying.
  5. Deleting history is what you want to do. Cache is a component of data. Clears cookies, temporary downloads, etc. In other words, clearing the slate, cleaning it up, etc. Sometimes, I see the PCL App getting clogged up…no kidding…and people have issues. Helps sometimes..,Not always. So, depending on what device you are using. Iphone, clear history and website data, example.
  6. You may also be a little early for excursions on that June 2025 cruise.
  7. You’re still using the old App? You should delete that, do not do anything on it. Clear your cache/history first on your phone or iPad first. The new App…make sure to delete and reinstall, data may be mixed up. If you missed any updates, that will take care of that issue. I use my iphone, safari and no problems right now. I do clear cache website data all the time. Also, to see what you paid for, go to the website, cruise personalizer, travel summary. Print travel summary and you’ll have a list of what you have paid for. Screenshot it and print it out before travel.
  8. The only one who can fix it is IT. I would try phone line, option to get ocean ready, unless they took that off the tree. Not on the weekend though, try Tuesday. An agent has to write up a ticket for IT to fix it. They got rid of Ocean Navigators, now it’s just called IT. So, who knows? SMH
  9. Is it just 1 city? The others work? Could be they are updating that city. I’d try again in a couple of days. Also, check with others on your roll call, see if they have the same issue. May be updating and not your account specifically.
  10. That’s awesome! I just call the CVP with my GC numbers. When you enter the GC numbers, any problems with how many GC’s you enter?
  11. They say, hold your phone up, when you see them with your order. 😮
  12. I was going to say, cvp line. There was an option last month, I called. Some workaround. Don’t ever take a new booking option, that took me offshore. Anyway, glad you got an agent to help!
  13. Are you, by chance, booked with a TA or CVP? You have to call them to use GC’s. If you booked directly with PCL, you should be able to use GC online or make the dreaded phone call to them. 🥴
  14. We usually get it the same day as disembarkation. Check junk mail. You can go to PCL website under “contact us”…support request…click post cruise…send your comments.
  15. Do post link when you see it online. I do see there may be a Princess sale June 6-8, 2024. So, you could check with your CVP or TA.
  16. The IT department is doing a major change to MDR reservations in the App. If you are trying for the Enchanted in Aug…it should not affect you. You will use Dine my way, which is either select a private table or a shared table. Before Sep 14th there is not TD. If you have a shared table first night and hit it off with the other guests, you can ask the head waiter if you can dine with that group every night, same time. Depends on the rest of your group. If you’re trying to book a MDR right now, there are issues because of the updating. I would suggest after June 17th try again, hopefully. Don’t bang your head, you could get a headache over all this.🥴
  17. Great review! Love the pics! Thank you for sharing with us.
  18. I’ve only seen them as an option through RS, with the sandwiches. You can ask at the buffet if they have any to take back to your room.
  19. Actually, if you are looking at the App, you should see one cruise. Look at the dates. So, ONE check in, dining, etc, if using the App. If it’s shown separately, that could be it hasn’t populated correctly or you just booked the 2nd cruise, give it a couple of days. You WILL see each cruise on the website cruise personalizer, separate booking numbers and those are great to add onboard services, excursions to them individually.
  20. Our QR code or BP showed up on the App about 5 days before. One time it showed up 3 days before. It shows your boarding window, you can checkin any time during that window. It will state Green lane or Blue lane.
  21. In addition to @wallyjsuggestion…on the App click on the SD that you booked, move down, you should see the date you booked. If that doesn’t work, check the website version of the App, cruise personalizer, Dine my way. They are updating the dining the App, so that may be causing some issues until June 17th. Not supposed to affect SD or cruises before Sep 14th, but we know how that goes. Let us know if you find them. And print our your travel summary showing your confirmed SD.
  22. Yes, that’s correct. OP asked about checking in from domestic to international flight. UA will do an international check in and check the bags all the way through. In addition, SAS will do a document check at the gate. They are, then responsible for delivery into ATH, of course.
  23. If you booked all your flights on EZAir you are an international passenger, on this itinerary. So, when you check in for your UA to SAS flight….United WILL check documentation and check your bag ALL the way through to ATH. It is the responsibility of the originating carrier. The only time this wouldn’t happen, is if you booked your tickets separately, didn’t advise the originating carrier, or the two airlines did not have ticketing agreements, such as Southwest. None of those apply to you. Check your baggage tag to be sure, as suggested.
  24. We check the weather and if it’s going to be bad, we call RS and reschedule it for another day. If it is a special day you chose, you can keep it and they’ll set it up inside. Whatever you want to do. NP
