This one?

We’ve never had an issue and we do a lot of b2b’s. Have no clue what she’s talking about. 😳

What’s a reasonable delivery time for room service?
PacnGoNow replied to BamaVol's topic in Princess Cruises
The most I’ve waited was 25-30 mins during the early evening. Breakfast or lunch times it was much faster. I think the evening is the busiest times, as staff is really spread thin at all the meal venues OB. These ships have all been full also. -
Welcome to the Princess forum!
-
That’s great to hear! We’ve also had great service using the Crew chat OB. Enjoy your cruise!

No, coffee cards are long gone. You can swap alcohol for alcohol or non alcohol for non alcohol. Or, trade all for non alcohol or trade the whole mini bar for 1 bottle of wine. Same as before, call RS once OB and make the switch.

Don’t tell anyone the cabin numbers! 🤣

Princess Newbie - question on complimentary upgrade Diamond Princess

Could the codes be: M Maybe Y Yes N No IDK, just must be particular to the TA. I would call them. -
Good question. Or, a cruise tour 10 days before the cruise?
-
I get it. Thanks.
-
Thank you for that. You should still be able, if your cruise personalizer shows it as 2 cruises, be able to book 2 one ways, if you use the website. Using each booking number. Did you try the website? That should give you 5 days before the outbound and 5 days after the return.

So, the change became effective somewhere between June 16-20, 2024, it is definitely in effect now from what I’ve tried. They do have contracts with many air carriers. It could have been a change with one or more of the carriers or PCL themselves that changed it. It’s not shown on the website, but that’s not unusual for PCL. If you want to pursue this, I’d call EZAir and see if this is a permanent change. Looks like it is.

What month was this cruise? I don’t see anything on the website reflecting a change. But, that doesn’t mean much. Thanks for alerting us to this.
-
What month were you able to book 7 days before?
-
What month?

I believe OP is referring to EZ Air, not easyair. You might ask Host to correct your thread title. There is a search engine by that name and also easy jet. But, to answer your question. I just checked a booking of mine in Feb and Mar on EZ Air, as far as booking. You cannot go more than 5 days before the cruise and use EZAir. Same for return, you have to return no later than 5 days after your cruise. Don’t believe it is a glitch. Must be a change between this summer and Jan? I don’t remember seeing this before, but we don’t usually go but a few days before our cruise. Or, we have used miles instead of EZAir. Maybe someone else can chime in?

I like to see the breakdown also, especially helpful when comparing prices. So, maybe a little more effort to see the breakdown. What worries me, the amount of updating for their IT dept. This will probably give us a lot of glitches and errors, instead of bells and whistles! 😆 July 1st? Remember, July 1st, is also the revised date of changing the Dining Reservation system! 🥴

Right now? As in, before the change Sep 14 or Sep 1? Right now, it’s called DMW, dine my way. You reserve a time in your MDR or you can just show up at your preferred time. If you’re early or late dining, not a problem. But, prime time you may have a wait time for 12 people. The nice part of DMW, is if you want to work around excursions or shows, you can book different times each night. If you don’t want to reserve, I would show up the first night and ask the host, what they would suggest for your group. All show up together the first night and book a time that night.

Me too. Glad they are sending out emails to guests. Dear Valued Princess Guest: We wanted to inform you of a change regarding our main dining reservations. Due to an unanticipated delay in finalizing our app update, the ability to book reservations has been delayed. The new date for reservations is now set for July 1. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding and patience. As previously announced, starting with voyages departing September 14, 2024, Princess will designate separate dining rooms aboard every ship in the fleet to three table service options: Traditional dining offering an early and a late seating every evening Reservable dining times Open seating to support walk-ins anytime Once updates are complete, you will be able to use the app ahead of your voyage to opt for traditional seating in a dedicated dining room with the same waiter, same table and same time each night, or flexible dining, allowing you to enjoy dinner at any available time and table size of your choosing in either the Reservable or Open Seating dining rooms. Thank you for your continued support.

That’s what the website says, unless you’re Platinum or Elite. Some have reported being able to reserve before FP. Some have not been able. So, once it’s available, now July 1st (what a joke), try it.

Sep 1? It was Sep 14! Now, that date is wrong too. Let’s all just sit back and relax and see what date it really is! That’s all we can do, right? 🤪

Would be nice if they would update the website! SMH
