  6. You can, if you just want to get that out of the way. I don’t, because we usually have OBC and that can he used towards gratuities also. Do what makes you comfortable. Enjoy your cruise.
  7. Did you check to see if this excursion was cancelled? If it’s still showing, that you can book it, then it could be a website issue. They usually email your TA or whomever booked it, but not always, if it has been cancelled. The only source I know, is the phone tree, regular phone line and pick the option to book an excursion. They could pass on your problem to the customer solutions desk to correct. Does it show in your Travel Summary? Let us know if those phone numbers worked that @Rick&Jeannie gave you. Would be very helpful.

  15. We used Gibraltar Taxi Association and booked with several couples in our roll call. They were excellent! Go on your roll call and coordinate it. We did a Premium rock tour. Great. Cable was closed that day, too windy. It happens quite often, even the airport was closed and flights diverted. So happy we booked a rock tour. https://gtagibraltartours.com

  20. New color!!! You should get an email once it ships. You should get the OM about 11 days before sailing. If not, guess you will get it at the port. Since the new app, updating affected the OM ordering. Seems it started when the put the new one out. I reordered and cancelled mine, only could tell on the history…. on the App…yes, it was ordered. 🤔
  21. I’d be surprised to find a PCL office in Phoenix, maybe a distribution center? Do you have a TA or CVP that might check in this? Not sure they could get hold of anyone or be able to remail it now. I highly doubt a PCL rep on the regular reservation phone line would be able to help at all. JMO If it were me, I wouldn’t spend much time on this. You are leaving in 6 days, not enough time to reorder, and it is not a big deal at the port to just go to the blue lane and pick up the medallions. You could all go together or just wait inside the Piazza for them, if they take longer. Go to GS and they can refund the $10 if you paid for it pre cruise. The blue line has only been another 5 mins than the Green on the cruises we’ve been on lately. YMMV The port? Helpful info.
