  3. Yes, I look at the EZAir guidelines too when I book. It also is on the travel summary and if you tried to book an excursion. But, independently, you can do it earlier, as we’ve done also. Maybe someone out there has done a Saturday recently? This is domestic, I assume? Is your checkin time 2 hours before? 0845?
  4. Not sure of your arrival time. Sat traffic shouldn’t be too bad. See’s a little early to depart SFO, but haven’t done this recently. Here’s the PCL flight guidelines. San Francisco Embarking Passengers For voyages that depart from San Francisco, the latest flight arrival is 3 hours prior to ship's departure for domestic flights. Disembarking Passengers For voyages that arrive in San Francisco, the earliest flight departure is 5 hours after ship's arrival for domestic flights.
  5. I would pack my bags and get to the port! 😆 Are you both using the same type of phone and browser? Have you cleared your cache/history from your phone? If you delete and reinstall then you should have the current version. If you try those things and still no luck. Call the 800 pcl line and pick the option for ocean ready. Tell them to open a ticket for you. Have you tried your email login with your pw, instead of your booking number to log in? It should be the same credentials as logging into the website. Any problem with logging into the website? Let us know if they help! If not….I think the App does hate you! 😩😜
  6. For sure. Our Fitbit showed a little of our name. We always take a copy of PP, they ask to see that sometimes.
  7. If yours are loaded. If you see them on the website, then you should be able to see them on the App. Unless, it is another glitch on the App.
  8. It won’t hurt anything, but they will be programming and you are going to see glitches the next couple of weeks. I did delete and reinstalled. You may want to recheck everything after June 17th. We’ll see.
  9. We found that also, so we bought the PCL wristbands a couple of years ago. We found that the local port custom agents DO look at our wristbands to check the ship and date when we return to the ship. Did not want to dig the medallion out of the air tag holder or the fit bit band every stop. You can use the provided lanyard, if you don’t mind it around your neck.

  19. Hang in there everyone, I’m really sure it is the reprogramming of the new dining options in the MDR fleet wide. I will try again tomorrow. But, we will probably see this for another 2 weeks. For those of you leaving in the next 2-3 weeks… Have you tried to use the website version of the App? Is it working at all? I was told that IT will dump it and then reload it on the App. Should be interesting. 🤔
  20. The front pages are all new. Probably just a set up for them to revamp the dining program. I think we will see many issues in the next 2 weeks. The ones that are most affected are those leaving soon. This is a fairly new IT group, they replaced the Ocean Navigators. I hope they are going to fix this App.
  21. I think they are reprogramming now. I will wait till tmrw. The way the are programming, I was told…remove them all and reload. Seems they are working on it. 😩
  22. Anyone else lose ALL their journeys booked on the App? Not on a cruise currently.
  23. It’s always fun to do a Halloween cruise. Most of the crew dresses up and they are really having fun with it. Last Halloween we were on a 47 night South Pacific cruise and only a small portion of guests dressed up. So, go with what you want to do. We didn’t dress up, but we enjoyed watching those that did. 🥴
