  1. While you are OB a cruise, you will only see that current cruise. Once you have completed that cruise, and off the ship, you will again see your cruises on the App. If you want to work on future cruises, OB, go on the website.
  2. Me either. Consistency, heh?
  3. Yes, my CVP and TA are always on top of it. Never had an issue. Strange.
  4. Ask yr CVP, if this is something new? What a waste of money.
  5. Wonder if this is a new thing? Are you getting ads along with the letter? I’m surprised a TA record would have a snail mail FP from PCL. That sgould come from the TA.
  6. You certainly can pass this on to PCL, don’t think they will change anything. For some reason, their accounting is set up this way. IDK
  7. I don’t prepay, just hold the reservation and if I don’t cancel or noshow, they charge a 1 night charge. But, I can’t tell you how many times, I’ve heard…sorry you’re res was cancelled, because your CC was expired. Not me, but others around me, checking in, very upset. I was trying to book one in the UK and another booking at an IHG in LA…both said CC expires before your stay. I called the CC company and they gave me the info for my new one, as I mentioned, and did an early replacement. NP. JMO.
  8. Strange. Maybe others have received this? IDK
  9. Understand. But, it’s not unusual. Don’t try that CC to hold a hotel reservation, as they will check your card, before your arrival and if the card has expired, they will cancel. Happens a lot. This, I do not fault PCL or the App.
  10. Wow! Never saw that. Did you book with PCL or a CVP? Is your email correct on your account? I would think they would reach out by snail mail, if your email rejected the reminder. Let us know.
  11. You do need a valid CC. I ran into that and called the CC company and they told me it was the same number and the new exp date plus the new CID/security code. I entered that and NP. If yours expires in July, you should get the new one very soon. Call your CC company. You can also ask for early replacement. Or, use another CC for the CG.
  12. Also, try on the website, it may work. Go to cruise personalizer and see the “Try our website version “ just below the buttons that say Google or Apple Apps. Try Dine my way there, see if you can book your reservation there. Let us know.
  13. When are you sailing? What ship? Is this your June 14th trip on the Island? If so, there is not a TD at this time, after Sep 14th, should have that option. Right now, it’s my time dining, so you select the MDR you want, the time, private or sharing a table. That will give you a table sharing, if you want, same time. If you hit it off with the group, 1st night, you can ask others if they want the same table every night and ask head waiter or host at the MDR to do that assignment every night. If you are referring to a cruise leaving this June 14th, you should be able to book without error, but as we know IT is reprogramming the MDR concept of dining after Sep 14th and it IS affecting a lot of other folks trying to book. So, if you have a TA/CVP, I’d ask if they can help or just go to your MDR of choice on the first night and ask them to book you. Check with others on your roll call, are they also having issues? As far as MDR, we usually pick one of the midship ones, due to location to our cabin. If we were in an Aft cabin, probably would pick the Aft MDR. All are same menu. Welcome back!
  14. Yes. They don’t even check it. They just ask Green lane or Blue lane? Then your Medallion brings up all your info for them. Show your PP and off you go!
  15. I have heard others with problems. Mine all work through 2026, except for the Star, that’s another story. Hope they do fix it tmrw for folks. Over riding popups is too clumsy. SMH
  16. 😮 So do I! Lol My DH. Seriously, I would post this on your roll call, so you can meet others. You can ask moderator to move this to your roll call or delete this posting and post on your roll call instead. Good 🍀
  17. Do not try to add or link a cruise, it is nonfunctional and could cause issues. There have been reports of your problem, recently, as they are updating the MDR reservations on the App for cruises Sep 14th and on. It is also affecting ones before that. They are supposed to be finished by June 17th, but IDK. I would wait until after June 17th for dinner reservations, they’ll be a few thousand of us, booking and rebooking our cancelled reservations. 🥴 It usually takes a few days to show in the App. If website is correct, hang in there. When I go to rebook all my MDR reservations, I have 6 cruises, affected… I will delete the App and then reinstall the App. This should refresh it, lol…I hope…😆
  18. It sometimes takes more than a few days. What ship? If it’s the Sun or Star, it takes a little longer. They are still programming the MDR options on cruises, seems to affect a lot of aspects on the App. As mentioned by @Rick&Jeannie if you see it on the website, you’re good!😊 I think the only explanation is IT. SMH
  19. Great review! We love the Sapphire too and her crew is the best! Sounds like Richard is a real Sapphire gem! So nice to hear such a positive review. Thank you.
  20. I read that also. There was one on NCL earlier in May. Haven’t heard much about the Crown news. Sure it will come out soon.
  21. I’ve seen it and it’s because that ad is on the site we are using. I use my iphone. It is annoying. Try Chrome, open browser, click more settings, privacy and settings, click pop ups, Under allowed to send popups and redirects…find the site…to the right of the site…click more blocks. Haven’t tried on my pc. But worth a shot.
  22. Do you have block pop ups set? I have it set on my iphone, but doesn’t stop all of these, because we’re on the actual website. Grrr
  23. Has he signed in before? Or, have you been using your login credentials? Is he a minor? Don’t create a new account if he already had one, this will create problems. Does he have an account on the PCL website? If so, for now, he can log in there to check his record. TA should be able to advise you.
  24. That is a dilemma. It sounds as though you would benefit more from the package than a balcony, but remember, port intensive means you won’t be on the ship as much either to drink! 🥴 All kidding aside…I might book an inside, convenient to the promenade or outside areas and then put in a bid, if offered, on a balcony. You may get a reasonable bid offer, usually 5 days after final payment or later.
