  1. Yes. What did you decide? May be old but they are odd. 🤔
  2. Sergio is great! He worked so hard to get to know the guests and make them all feel special. What an asset for Princess.
  3. What are you talking about @c-boy? It went up today! 😬
  4. When you go to the port, they usually separate Elites/platinum/suites and say, okay go this way. Then when you get in that line, if you are green lane and have your medallion you go through that line, if you need to pick up a medallion then a different line to the checkin counter. Any of the lines, they check your docs. It really was only a few mins more to pick up the medallion. I like to have everything ahead of time, so I always order it to be shipped to the home, if it’s possible. If for some reason the lines were backed up, then it would save time to be all ready with your medallion. Besides, people get all excited when they receive it in the mail! 😆
  5. Yes, you go to the checkin counter at the port. It only takes a few minutes.
  6. I sure hope so! Wish they would extend that, at least till the end of the year. 🤔
  7. Well that didn’t post too well. But you can see that the 9 mos is if your primary series of vaccine is older than 9 mos, then you are required to get a booster. This is for originating in Europe. Please check the Princess website frequently and make sure there are no changes before you cruise. Don’t rely on CC for the vaccine or testing rules. They do change frequently. Have a great cruise.
  8. Vaccination Status European Union Healthy Gateways Guideline Pre-Travel Test-Type When to Take Test Before Boarding Fully Vaccinated (ages 18 years old and above) At least 14 days past completion of a primary vaccine series and no more than 270 days (9 months) from the date of disembarkation since receiving the last dose of an approved COVID-19 vaccine. A booster dose is required for guests 18 and older if the last COVID-19 vaccine dose in series is older than 9 months (270 days) from the date of disembarkation. Antigen or PCR Within 3 days*
  9. It states your original series or primary vaccine…if its older than 9 mos or 270 days then you must have a booster. Yes, the older folks, if the vaccinated, then they are over 9 mos. Some younger folks may have vaxed later. Anyway, you just need 1 booster and you’re good to go. We’ve had 2 boosters only because we were eligible. The time difference is only to your advantage. They are ahead of us. So your test on Weds here is also Weds over in Rome.
  10. Yes. Out of Rome it says within 3 days. So Wednesday is 3 days before departure if it’s a Saturday. If your original vaccine series is over 9 mos old…don’t forget you need a booster.
  11. That’s great! Something so simple.
  12. They may be working on those excursions or doing updates. Try it later or tmrw. If you still have a problem, you can call PCL for assistance.
  13. Do I need a COVID-19 vaccine booster dose? For United Kingdom voyages departing on or after May 7, COVID-19 vaccine boosters^ are required for guests 18 years and older whose final dose of an approved/authorized COVID-19 vaccine is older than 9 months (270 days) from the date of disembarkation to be considered “fully vaccinated.” There is currently no requirement for guests to receive a second booster dose; nor is there a requirement for guests ages 17 and under to receive an initial booster dose, regardless of when the last dose in an approved COVID-19 vaccine series was received. Vaccination entry requirements can change without notice, so we recommend you keep your vaccination status up to date and ensure you are familiar with the requirements for the destinations you plan to visit. View the Vaccination & Testing Requirements by Region page.
  14. Will I be able to book multiple cruises, back to back? Yes, we will offer back-to-back bookings, subject to availability. Guests ages 5 and above on such sailings will need to take a complimentary rapid antigen test within two days of the second cruise if the that sailing includes a trans-ocean voyage or full Panama Canal transit and the itinerary is 10 days or more. Guests who test positive for COVID-19 will not be able to sail on the next voyage, nor will their family members and close contacts who are not fully vaccinated. If you, your family members, travel companions or other close contacts are suspected of having COVID-19, you are entitled to a 100% Future Cruise Credit (FCC). We will closely monitor guidance from government and health authorities and will adapt and evolve this policy accordingly.
  15. You’ve got me stumped. I’d call into PCL and pick the option for the Medallion App team. They need to look at it. or email them at: Askoceanmedallion@carnival.com
  16. If this is a brand new booking, give it a couple of days and recheck the App.
  17. If you just booked it give it a couple of days and check it again on the App.
  18. Your booking shows correctly on the cruise personalizer and on the App, ship, date, etc? When did you book it?
  19. Is this a brand new booking, cancelled and rebooked, changed voyage from one ship to another? Is this the Regal? Sign out of the App and back in.
  20. If you do go back to the App. Click on your Travel checklist for each person and as you go through item, if you see any red exclamations in your photo, you’ll know what you need to update. It could be very simple. Do this for each of you. Did you accept the passenger contract of passage for each of you? It pops up in front of your screen when you are doing your checkin procedures. Is your credit card correct? Your address and phone no, etc?
  21. 😳 Thank you! I needed a laugh today!
