  1. Mine shows on the cruise personalizer, under credits. It also shows on my confirmation from my TA. Do you have the original confirmation from the TA? I’d ask to speak to the manager or another agent at the agency, if this one can’t help. That promo is long gone.
  2. Are you referring to the Majestic Dec 1, 24 to Jan 21, 25? Check the cruise personalizer under your booking…payments and credits. You can check with your TA/CVP if you don’t see it. The Plus is a whole different thing. If you want to purchase the Plus using obc, you can do that once you board using obc.
  3. The Sapphire went through dry dock April 2023. Mostly maintenance issues, paint, etc. She was in good shape in Nov/Dec 2023. We were on there 47 days. Great crew!
  4. Sad. I understand. On our last ship, we got to know the HGM and the Director of GS. I guess, if I were in your situation, I would have asked for one of them to help. You just needed a little time before disembarking. Easy for me to say, though I wasn’t there. Again, sorry for your experience. Hope you let Customer Relations know about it.
  5. OP was in an area with sick guests. Covid guests. They had a place to keep them. Telling them they could wait in the terminal, is a lie. Disembarking guests cannot wait in the terminal.
  6. Knowing what you know now, you would tell them you will get off after the last passengers get off. Maybe the last group is 9-930? It is a shame, they just want you off and once you’re off, they are done with you. At least you may have helped the next one of us who might face this situation. I’ve found, once you get off the ship, you are on your own. Only person to ask questions, is security. And, they want you to quickly move out of the terminal.

  8. It may not have opened yet. Some of our JourneyViews have opened about 1 month out. It may change once OB also, so just recheck.
  9. To get the sale or promo, I’d jyst go ahead and book it over the phone or on the website. You can change your sex later, 🥴 that shouldn’t hold up the booking. After all, it is their website error. Let us know.

  13. You can also call the dine line/reservation line, from your cabin, once OB. Tell them you want a table for 6 in Sabatini’s. Or, stop by the restaurant once OB, if you wish.

  16. Yes, there is a small library internet cafe off of the piazza. It does have computers for you to use. Here’s a picture.
  17. Up to 2 days before sailing. That was probably from last minute cancellations, since ours was sold out also. Also, I’ve received a sorry, your bid was not accepted at 1 day before the sailing. You just don’t know. Good luck!
  18. The boarding time window used to show on the travel summary, just above the Itinerary. But, now I am showing on my future cruises booked: Quote: Please refer to your OceanReady® Boarding Pass in the Princess Cruises® App on your mobile device to see what time the check-in window starts and ends. Unquote QR/BP doesn’t show up until 11 days before sailing on the App, They refer to the QR code as your BP. Changes, changes..
