  1. Welcome! We have not experienced that on other ships, as usually they clean up pretty quickly in the buffet. I would tell the Buffet manager, who you will see 1 or 2 walking around, about this issue. He should get more employees to help, if an ongoing issue.
  2. Didn’t realize they were doing waitlists since the restart. Did you book with PCL or a TA? They used to advise by email, but it was hit or miss. Check your booking every day and see if you have a cabin assigned. In fact, watch the website to see if a cabin opens in your waitlisted category, call your TA immediately to grab the cabin or PCL, if you booked directly. If this is a guaranteed GTY cabin or an UG bid, then that’s a whole different story. Those can be assigned right up to sailing date.
  3. Some TA’s give them out as part of their promotional offers. We really didn’t find much value in ours. YMMV
  4. Did you do this in 2023? Or, was it perhaps last year? Just curious.
  5. The casino, yes. Not worth our time. It will last 2-3 seconds! 😆
  6. Please present coupons at time of purchase. All offers are limited to one use per stateroom per voyage. Coupons have no cash or onboard credit value. Cannot be used with any other discount for the same product or service. Coupons expire December 31, 2023. Bingo! That’s the verbage on our 2023 coupon book. Maybe op has a 2024 book? I’m sure they snuck this change in there!
  7. So, that’s where I got, the one per stateroom. Thanks, I knew I read that somewhere. Mine expire 2023 also. You are leaving in 2023, so they should honor it. Just check with the casino host to be sure.
  8. If you, or anyone OB, gets a chance, would you please ask JP why PCL is still a smoking casino??? Health conscious companies have no smoking casinos for guests and employees. Is it the money? Because, many of us avoid the casino because of the stench and our health. That is, if he didn’t leave already. TIA

  10. Sorry, I was corrected. 1 per guest. Funny thing is, I just used it On the Sapphire. They weren’t too sure about it. But, I thought it was only for 1. Lost my money really fast. Tight machines!😳

  12. I totally agree, but why wouldn’t PCL change it to a no smoking casino? I can only think they may worry about their bottom line…money. We ask on every ship and they always tell us…it’s corporate! So tired of hearing that excuse.
  13. Says one per guest per stateroom. So, if there are 2 of you in the cabin, only 1 can use it. If you don’t have the booklet, you will need to show the TA email that awarded you the coupon booklet.

  17. It’s a big money maker for them. Not likely it will change. 😞
  18. The worst was the Enchanted! Felt like Carnival. Huge piazza and filled starting at 9 am line dancing, games, etc. So loud, the bar hostess couldn’t even hear our orders, nor GS could hear us. So bad, all three levels. Too bad. Loved the ship, otherwise.
  19. I really hope you did the survey and mentioned the LOUD piazza games, dancing, etc. We hated it and couldn’t even have a conversation. TIA
  20. Did they install a glass door at the entrance to the casino? It would be at the piazza entrance. This was to be a trial to help cut off smoke from pouring into the piazza and all the dining venues. It was to be installed during dry dock in April. TIA
