Not letting people? There is no prohibition against people meeting on Splendor or any other ship that I am aware of and I just got off of the Splendor.

It may depend if the ship is in port or not. If in port, they may not have the rights to broadcast it. This was the case for the WC final - we had to go to a bar in Cozumel to watch it.

I was on at the same time and found everything to be excellent with the exception of the pool bar waitstaff being overwhelmed on some days. I spoke to the F&B Manager about it and it was better the next day and remained better. Not worth reporting.

I couldn't agree more. No entity is perfect and you can learn a lot about them from how they deal with an issue. If someone has a criticism, I am not saying don't post it. But it will help us all a lot more if you post how Regent dealt with your criticism. I just got off the Splendor on Tuesday and had a wonderful trip and didn't experience anything like what you are describing...not saying it didn't happen, just that perhaps it is more isolated than it appears.

Me too - that's all I was asking for....the good with the bad...not just the bad.

How about you ask to speak to the F&B Manager Stephane or the GM Franck before posting to Social Media so that you can represent their take on the situation as well?

It was sold out as of Monday evening...perhaps some guests did not board?

They were using 3 guest suites for 6 employees and 2 employees were in staff cabins. Pool deck dinner closes jan 5 for all ships but Mariner which will stay open until the end of the WC. There were 690 pax on cruise ending dec 20 and 736? On next leg with all cabins free for guests fulls booked.

They have 2 years as advisors...giving them time to exercise stock options.

Officially ending Jan 5 on all ships except Mariner where it will end with the ending of the WC.

They are not dangerous...just greedy and rude.

$5 per bag to port handlers because the money is nothing vs losing a bag or having it destroyed.

I agree and we always donate in addition to tipping. I just wanted people to know where it went.

What the CWF used to do and what it does today are different things. Now, it primarily funds the departmental sponsored parties in the crew bar...thats about it. Ask the GM the next time you are onboard.

I do not think they are - although it is weather permitting so some ships may not offer it if it is too cold or wet.
