This is lubricious. I am 73 and very active. Do aerobics, cardio, light weight lifting every day. I'm probably less risk than the 30-69 y/o person who is severely overweight and can't walk 2 feet without huffing and
puffing. Probably the same ones who have to take the elevators on the ship, while I take the stairs.
It's not about age, it's fitness no matter what age. IMO.
