  1. The egg stations are in the back of the Windjammer and they were making omelets and eggs back there last week.
  2. I find this topic of interest as my personal experience on Constellation in January does not match other reports I am reading. I was placed in a balcony room on deck 7. The door was not locked so that I could not leave as that would be a huge safety issue. I was near the front elevator bank and there was a large corridor door that was used by staff to bring our food/linens so I certainly could get help. Medical team came by each day for health checks. I was offered Tylenol and cough drops for care. Yes my food arrived in biodegradable plates but I expected that. It was unfortunate that we did not hear any announcements as I would have enjoyed hearing what the captain was saying. My biggest concern was no real written instructions on how to apply for refund for land based expenses and being bored to tears and too tired to do anything about it.
  3. Sorry no printed daily from the cruise - did use my app for reservations once we entered the ship. No Hairspray just yet - cast is due to on board this week and the show resume in "early June". Have a great trip.
  4. Sorry we did not receive printed copies - relied on the app. We did not have Hairspray cast on board so no show there. Ice shows were great and the Aqua very energetic but a bit repetitive and confusing for me to figure out what we were watching - dancing, synchronized swimming, a few dives, and excellent slack wire duo. Found nice music in a variety of spaces by trying a new one each evening.
  5. For me it is like any visa we need to enter a country - as you found the website is easy to navigate.
  6. I pack as I do for Alaska - layers that can be adjusted. Amsterdam should be lovely - I wore capris and skirts there in July last time we visited as it was warm and sunny. Iceland and Ireland will also need a waterproof layer but again layers so warm/cool can be accommodated. Our glacier trip in the boats included their cold weather gear.
  7. We have walked off twice, docking at 0700 and walk off started at about 0730. We were in our Uber in under 10" and at the airport in plenty of time for a 10:45 flight (yes I know it may not always work but it has so far for us). Fortunately you are traveling away from downtown on the return to the airport so we did not encounter any traffic hold ups.
  8. We could not reserve entertainment until onboard Symphony last week. Dining was available quite a while prior - I just kept checking.
  9. Just back from it being our final day and loved really relaxing and enjoying perfect water/weather.
  10. We pack in 22" carry on bags as I hate messing with luggage. I wear hiking pants for cooler days with tee shirt and sweater, capris on warmer days or my black skort. I can wear the black knee length skort for dinner as well as one pair of black knit slacks. My tops are fabric I can rinse and hang to dry. I have a couple scarves/knit shawls that dress up those plain tops. We are so tired after a day of touring that we clean up, put on clean evening clothes and go to dinner. That top can be worn more than once. I do admit to taking advantage of free laundry bag for pajamas, socks and underwear. Do not forget a hat and very comfortable shoes which for me are running shoes.
  11. Did not receive anything on dishes that needed washing. All in styrofoam and given red hazard bags for all trash.
  12. I actually don't keep glasses in my bathroom at home due to mist scatter from flushing toilets, just a habit for me.
  13. This is from B2B on the Constellation in Jan/Feb. Day 6 I reported fever and sore throat and tested positive by PCR. I was moved to quarantine on deck 7 while DH stayed in our very sweet Aqua cabin for 24 hrs and had two negative tests. He did get sick 4 days later so joined me. We were refunded for 9 days in quarantine - some was FCC and some cash so it took a bit of conversation with the Engagement Center to sort it out. They cancelled our second leg and that was fully refunded as well. We did have to quarantine 3 additional days in Tampa prior to flying home. That refund is handled by a different department and we were not given any direction by Celebrity on how to request this so we called the Engagement Center again. That took about two months to be refunded to our credit card.
  14. I don't use the bathroom glasses for anything but holding our toothbrushes. I obviously do drink from glasses elsewhere on the ship and do assume they are properly cleaned.
  15. We enjoyed the solarium except for one very windy, rainy day. The very loud music on the pool deck made it unpleasant for me but plenty of folks were enjoying it.
  16. Just spent a glorious day there at South Beach which was very child free - quieter than near the lagoon pool and plenty of chairs/umbrellas available even with two ships using the island.
