  1. Or Canada Dry is bottled in Plano Texas 🙂
  2. I feel bad liking your debarkation but there is no frowning option. 😞
  3. I was born and raised in Canada. It was my home for 50 of my 56 years. I know something about winter. I have never, to my knowledge, worn a scarf. LOL I don't even think about putting on a hoodie until the mercury hits 45°. And much colder than that for an actual coat. I remember skiing in -25° and buying a balaclava... I hated it and threw it away after an hour.
  4. Oh man this has me so stoked for my November Hawaii cruise on POA. We dock in Kahului but the plan is to head over to Lahaina for the day. We overnight there as well. Hulu grill has just been added to the plan.
  5. I'd book now. When I was on Navigator in September there was no mask wearing on board or on excursions. Only time I put on a mask was in the embarkation hall. They said it was a county of LA rule. I took it off as soon as I was walking up the gangway. Only had the mask on for 15 minutes. On debarkation I grabbed one of the masks they were offering as you got to the bottom of the gangway but upon entering the debarkation hall saw that not a single CBP agent had one on. I took mine off and no one said a thing to me. I suspect that any other port would be different than LA.
  6. Most will come out between November and the end of the year. Follow the thread below for updates...
  7. Thanks, I miss my little buddy. He was the most unique pet I have ever had. He had more personality than any previous dog or cat we've ever owned. Every week or so we stumble across a little something of his, an old toy or leftover bag of litter, that needs to be disposed of. My wife has talked about replacing him but I want to wait until we don't travel for work so much. It's unbelievable how these little guys weave themselves into your emotions.
  8. Thanks for doing this Live. I love following lives but especially yours. I'm so glad you are back in the saddle. I really hope to meet you and your good wife some day.
  9. You are right on Dukes of Hazard I was a Dukes fan too. I was never a Dallas fan though so I didn't watch it. According to Wikipedia, Love Boat was Saturday night.
  10. My brother in law has Parkinson's and has for about 5 years now. He is still able to hunt, fish and drive. He tells me that they have come along way in Parkinson's treatment that help minimize symptoms but they still have a lot more research to do if there is ever to be cure. He is part of walkathon fundraiser that the Parkinson's society does each year that we happily contribute to. They raise an amazing amount money each year. Hopefully one day soon they will have an effective, permanent answer.
  11. I think Love Boat and Fantasy Island were back to back on Friday nights. I was 11 years old that first season of Love Boat. While everyone else was obsessing over Farah Fawcett I had a secret crush on Lauren Tewes.
  12. I loved Aruba. I think our cruise on Odyssey back in Feb that stopped in Aruba and Curaçao has my favorite cruise ever. I'm envious of your extended trip.
  13. We had LA vation (U2) on Odyssey back in February and DSB (Journey) on Ovation in August. All Royal entertainment is now fulling back on now. I'd love to see them bring tribute acts to Voyager and Freedom class ships as well. The Star lounge or equivalent could get way more use than it does.
  14. As a suite guest what did you have access to and what did you have to pay for separately?
  15. You got complimentary internet on Explorer as a result of being in a suite? That'd be the first time I have heard that reported. It is not listed as a perk on Royal's Website. https://www.royalcaribbean.com/faq/questions/what-are-the-benefits-of-the-suites-program
