  2. Yes a soup cup for coffee would ruin everything..
  3. Maybe I should get a booster every month and test every day. I should possibly be safe then.
  4. I have Harmony scheduled for Dec. 2023... I hope everything will be OK. Should I cancel?
  5. Nice to see pics of my old home town... Thanks for doing this review @twangster I always love your pictures.
  6. No you are right, doing that to little kids is nuts. My personal opinion is drop all restrictions and let unvaccinated and vaccinated sail equally. The thinking of my post was that dropping testing for vaccinated would be the next step in the evolution cruising returning to full normal. I just wasn't articulate enough.
  7. Our one and only Med cruise we did exactly that.
  8. They were on Adventure back in Dec 2019. I really loved them! They were very popular.
  9. If 10 is available grab that. We had it and loved it.
  10. And made to drink only the Yellow drink in the WJ that masquerades as orange juice for that day as well.
  11. What in the world could possibly be wrong with bananas next to the ketchup?
  12. We watched the video and listened to the sound of the horn while waiting in line to board. Went strait to our muster station and it was done. Love the new muster protocols. I never want to go back to standing in rows for 30 minutes in the humidity.
  13. Read that on his review an think it's brilliant. I hope it follows to all ships. The incessant reminders to get the muster done on embarkation day are annoying.
  14. Hopefully testing for vaccinated passengers disappears during the summer some time. 🙂
  15. I love aft-facing cabins... We got a great one on deck 10 of Odyssey. With an aft cabin you have a little more of a walk to cabin but you have much less traffic in from of your door at night and in the morning if you trying to sleep and you have dynamite views from an extra deep balcony.
  16. You do not need to download the app. Everything can be done from their website... https://arrivecan.cbsa-asfc.cloud-nuage.canada.ca/en/auth?returnUrl=%2Flanding-page
  17. The key is to find a good one who truly knows the in and outs of Royals business. In the challenging world of Covid with shifting protocols I'd recommend using one but do your best to uncover one that is more than an order taker.
  18. Greetings fellow warriors, Many years ago Homer captured the epic return of Odysseus to Ithaca following the conclusion of the Trojan war. It is a brilliantly written poetic masterpiece that, if you are literary minded, will grip your soul. This will not be Homer’s Odyssey. This will mostly be a narrative about me excessively eating and drinking for 8 days. 🙂 This is our third cruise since the restart. We loved each previous one irrespective of protocols. We hope and expect this one will be the same. This is our first Quantum class ship so we’re especially excited about trying it out on a brand new version of it. We’re not night owls anymore and won’t be partying until late in the night so drinking begins early and ends early. Any recommendations about drinks to experiment with is greatly appreciated. We have the UDP on this one as well as the beverage package so most of dining will be in the specialty restaurants. I’ll post lots of pics and comment a little. Shows and activities spliced in between my eating and drinking will chronicled as best I can. I’ll do my best to answer any questions aboard the ship. The war has ended. (Covid is almost over) It is time for everyone to go home (Normal life needs to return)
