I had issues on Oct 9th sailing and I was in Jr suite. I asked steward and was told I would get one ON day 2 which turned out to be FOR day 3. he said I had to order on line and I did not agree. He got snippy and said I could speak to supervisor. well next day at C&A tier event I found hotel mgr and told my story to which she resolved but mentioned he might not have had an extra one. I looked her in the eye and told her most stewards will bend over backwards to get what a passenger needs. I was nice but firm. After that he was most accommodating all week and ended up tipping him nicely. sure wish the spa and art auction folks would stop their paper deliveries.

really if you have not been on the Bliss or Encore, then you can not say that K dam is better.

agree unless they move them around more. FLA is going to have s lot of big girls going to boring ports. or ports most folks have been to multiple times. I am glad I have Symphony booked for Western med next year.

I enjoyed my first HAL cruise to Alaska on Amsterdam in 2010. been on 3 more ships and can’t wait to get on Rotterdam 7 next year in AMS to Norway. HAL has class and is not just for certain age group either

Just book ahead of time in case the spa sells out. It is wonderful and worth the money -crisp or not

Did it once to get photos. Did on Symphony with great view. I would say waiters prefer groups of people instead of solo person. I watched the food flow a lot but for me it was like pulling teeth to get suggestions and my waiter was stingy in what he ended up serving. Never again.

I sailed on C Vista five years ago and she was a great ship and food was good. Enjoyed the IMAX on board too. All cruise lines are evolving these days so many choices for all.

Well at least RCI addressed the issue of crowded pools. I for one like combining Two70 and Aqua theatre into new area covered. I just hope the ship has El loco fresh and Hooked on seafood as well as Jamie’s. They can ditch J Rockets IMHO. also hope they improve WJ selections too. must say I am getting tired of orange and green around the pools though. Too bad no pools are covered as storms and rainy weather will happen.

yes I love the Symphony. I like the smashed up VW bug, the musical stairs, and all the cute sayings in the back of thew WJ hanging from ceiling.

hey Roy thanks for mentioning me. a well-known YouTuber is on the Rotterdam TA and it looks like tomorrow will be some rough seas for him. Name is Don FV. It is cool to be the 150yr anniversary of first crossing. BTW, the Amsterdam was my first HAL ship in 2010 up in Seattle. I loved all the places in the back end of the ship one could stand and look at the water. Oh and check out the new RCI Icon of the Seas. wow lots of changes and some good and some not so good. So much pastel and loud colors.

aw yes the big Wonderland chair. Your wife is lovely in red. So hope you check out the new design for ICON of the seas. my goodness interesting but also odd at the same time.

oh yes they were for the new Disney Wish and within a month of sailing a lot of complaints about the design. I like the enclosed aqua show but uncertain what to think of the new ice rink. And NO pools are covered. well, ya know if bad weather hits, guess where everyone will be, inside the ship and in their rooms. And with so many pools the ship will be very LOUD. Lastly, I cannot imagine how stopping at Coco Cay will get folks to shell out money for the waterpark when they have 7 slides on the Icon. That I think will be interesting.

yes the guessing on the sphere was a lot over the last few months. I guess if it is just for steps then the guessing was all wrong and oh well. would have been neat to have a theatre or something.

welp if you did not get that I am more interested in quality of items to eat than just new design, then too bad.
