  1. Curious - was the Filet from the Children's Menu or the Regular? By the way if your husband prefers he can get a Baked Potato any night with Sour Cream, Bacon and Chives and of course butter.
  2. Come on Rick you need some Kale or you don't get desert. I think I recall a Kale soup one night on my last cruise and it was incredible.
  3. He only posted a couple dinner menus but did find one from Day 7 Friday 1/20 I was able to match it up to stock menu 9. Looks like the only change is the Veal Chop was replaced with a Pork Chop - I can live with that.
  4. Just for a little fun with comparison - Day 1 (Jan 14, 2023) Lunch Menu posted by @nz1 currently posting menus and Luminae food porn And now the Stock Menu from Celebrity's Travel Agent Portal Dated 4/2018 - Sure looks the same to me.
  5. Per Cruise Deck Plans site - Deck 9 and 10
  6. It's a little work but the way the number of passengers is estimated is to look up how many cabins are unsold x 2 and deduct from the Max Passenger load at 2 people per cabin. Many of the Airlines Sites under cruises allow you to see all cabins available - You just go down the line by about 20 cabin types e.g. 1A, 1B, 1C and count cabins then Talley them up.
  7. Generally private tours are very reliable but can take a bit of work especially if you book a full 6-8 passenger van and sell off the extra places in your roll call. On an Asia trip I had 6 private tours arranged on a B2B. We were hit by two typhoons and on the second cruise all ports were shifted by a day. If you book on your own make sure your contract includes a Fore Majeure clause allowing a full refund if ship doesn't make it to port due to acts of God.
  8. Thanks --- time will tell. Charla's experience left me on the boarder. Not sure the Mega's ships are our forte even in the Yacht Club. Time will tell. Our first non-Celebrity cruise will be on Ponant (ultra small ships).
  9. So happy to hear your excitement. Please keep coming back and give us an update. I hope you have a wonderful relaxed cruise.
  10. Thanks for you review. We will be sailing on Apex (first time for us) in April and every time I hear her name, my ears perk up. My excitement is only increased by your very positive review.
  11. Usually in the app if you look at a current cruise same ship and itinerary - Under Daily Planner - at 5:00 PM the often will give the Attire or show Chic Night photos You will notice I say "Often" as I've also seen it missing.
  12. For Zenith you do receive a " 7 Free Cruise". Basically you get the equivalent of an Veranda and if you want to upgrade to a Suite they calculate the average price Veranda and you pay the difference. At Double Zenith you get a 7 Day Free Cruise and it is based on AQ.
  13. You'll get to Zenith- with all the double points and Top up your points offer everyone will be.
  14. That's pretty common this far out. They usually load the menus that will be close to what you will have at about 2 weeks prior to the cruise. I looked on current Apex sailing and they have the Children's Menu listed under MDR but available in Blu, Lumina and Specialty as well.
  15. Really not so secret - It's printed exactly as you list on the MDR menu as is the Kid's Menu.
  16. I was doing a little comparison today from the Luminae Stock Menus from about a year ago and the current Apex 7 day cruise and they are almost identical for both lunch and dinner. I did notice they shifted some days but they were doing that in September and December also. Also a couple descriptions changed e.g. Alaska Salmon is now listed as Salmon and one night they replaced Jerk Chicken with Herb Roasted Chicken. While I don't sail again until April, I happy with the Luminae Menu's I've looked at. One thing I've noticed since Covid Shutdown they have modified for the better are the Amuse Bouche offering.
  17. I recall pre covid the was lots of discussion. Keep proof of the child's cruise history prior to 18 and upon hitting 18 they can get credit for all of those cruises. Many keep the sea passes.
  18. All you need to do to see the points and status again is to go to your profile and delete you CC number and then Re-Enter. I did it using the App and was fixed in a matter of seconds.
  19. Agree with @jelayne at least one cabin has to be available to price match. I often create a bookmark to the page where you select the classification of rooms to make it really easy to search on a daily basis. e.g. for my Key West Cruise in April - https://www.celebritycruises.com/booking-cruise/selectRoom/stateroomCategory?pID=AX07W462&sDT=2023-04-15&sCD=AX&sCT=CO&roomQuantity=1
  20. I wish they would include AQ in dropping AI. We would probably book in that category so we don' t double pay for Zenith Benefits. As Suite Passenger there is not longer any benefit to be Zenith.
  21. Love them both and been on both in the last year. Both are well maintained. You do have fewer selections of Specialty Dining on any of the M-Class than the S-Class but would sail either without hesitation. The selection would only be on itinerary and price.
  22. I also confirmed that on Equinox current sailing that it IS NOT on the Kid's Menu. I can see Celebrity is being consistent as usual.
  23. Just part of the cut backs 🙂 Mooooo
  24. In addition to the daily, the Celebrity App will have everything listed in the Daily Planner. To see everything change the filter from Recommended to See All. Within the app you can select any even and click add to planner and it will remind you.
