  1. At least in suites they have Shampoo, Conditioner, Body Lotion and Lip Balm. On post revolutionized M an S class ships they have a backlit light on the mirror. Not very bright if I recall.
  2. Agree with @bEwAbG it is only a feature on the M-Class. The S and E Class have a heated indoor pool but doesn't have all the jets and lounging racks.
  3. Like others I would never try for that early of a flight. About the earliest I would plan on for a TransAtlantic would be 11:30.
  4. Your absolutely correct -- they were Dall. Thanks for the correction.
  5. Personal experience there was plenty of time for booking. Many booked early and ended up cancelling some as they were worn out. Make sue you pack some clothing for possibility of drizzle. The day we arrived Denali it was 100 mile visibility and even the guides were taking pictures o Denali from a look out as they had never seen it so clear. Next day it drizzle all day while we were in the park.
  6. On cold weather cruises they do put out blanket where they usually have towels. On our cruise to Iceland and Greenland they had a special party at the Retreat Sundeck with Hot Chocolate, Hot Drinks and lots of blankets for the passage through the fjords.
  7. The Biscuits and Gravy look terrible. My Grandmother in Tennessee use to make the best home made biscuits and gravy and definitely never looked anything like that.
  8. Normally if you have been in your reservation - "Manage Reservation" you get locked out for 15 minutes. I don't have a reservation in the date range that will let me put those dates in but can see one ways and RT using other dates. I guess their logic is now for me I can't select a date after my cruise departure or before my ship end date. (makes sense) While not perfect it will show you the price range. Currently the only advantage of Flights by Celebrity is you do not have to pay before final payment date. They are only using Refundable fares and usually the same as the airline sites. The negative of Flights by Celebrity is that after Final Payment even with a Refundable fare they charge a $100 pp for cancellation or rescheduling (administrative fee by FBC not airlines).
  9. You can stay until FINAL CALL. Generally between 9:00-9:15. They try to begin processing B2B's at 9:30 once ship is zeroed out
  10. No - the only difference in room and service I noticed was when we arrived at the ship they called out our name and asked others to remain seated for us to get off the bus first and escorted us to our Suite. We were traveling in a RS.
  11. I"ve never had a problem taking aboard. I also always bring TheraFlu powders Daytime and Nighttime that you dissolve in hot water. The hot water and steam also help open you nose.
  12. When I booked a couple years ago I found it really difficult to get any information about the land tours. One thing I did learn was that you get the same number of points per night on the land tour as your booked cabin.
  13. Consistency- just checked Apex departing tomorrow they are showing the regular menu I’m accustomed to.
  14. Let me look - What airport to and from and dates you want. Also Class of Service I have seen this before when selecting my closest airport SJC (San Jose) as origin as oppose to SFO. I was told they didn't have negotiated rated between the airport pair.
  15. As indicated in message - EmegancyTeam@Celebrity.com The told me to call Domestic: 1-800-256-6649 (prompt #1) or International: 305-539-4107 This was about 5 years ago so may have changed. Very easy when I called they already had my details and I gave a credit card to process $65 fee.
  16. From the Manage Reservation Page put in Origin Airport and Departure - only dates blocked out will be when you are on the cruise. Next select passengers and Hit Search Flight Select your Outbound Flight by clicking on the price - Next you will get the screen for return flight showing the additional amount if any. You will then get a screen showing you both flights and total costs Then choose make payment. If you prefer you can call and do it over the phone
  17. The ships that have not gone through the Revolution do not have Retreat - they have Michael's Club which is original dating back as far as2000. Yes they are dated and have a dark paneled club look. While they do have a dated look they are also enjoyable and you will notice some differences - First the do not have the hot/cold table - instead they serve you via a menu but offer the same items. To me I like it. Instead of serving yourself at afternoon tea they serve you course by course like the good old days. Personally I find the Retreat on E-Class ships to be very impersonal and reminiscent of an Airport Lounge as oppose to the more intimate experience on M and S class ships.
  18. Unfortunately they don't do waitlists. Once on the ship they do have a waitlist that you can get on by visiting guest services.
  19. You should be able to add Denali Dinner Theater. When we were on the tour if I recall we arrived about 4:00 PM and were on our own for the evening. When we checked in at the hotel they gave us a full list of all the Extra Charge excursions and you could sign up for them in advance or on the way if space was still available. We took the Extended Denali bus trip the morning after arrival. It was really fun and saw all the Big 5 - Grizzly Bears, Longhorn Sheep, Wolves and Wolves as well as Caribu. The driver has a Video Camera attached to monitors on the bus to help point out the wildlife when hard to spot. Much of the viewing was at a distance.
  20. I would call whoever you are booked with and ask. I doubt very much you will be able to pay until final payment is made. At least I couldn't on a last minute cruise. Having said that - give it a try - If unavailable the link will not be active. I suspect you may be booked with an agent on a group cruise as Celebrity's Terms are
  21. Just ignore it. Celebrity IT team at it's best. I get the same for Luminae. Both Luminae and Blu are open seating
  22. It is possible with advance application and approval. The cruise line checks regulations - both U.S. as well as departure company You pay a fee of what use to be $65 not sure if it has been increased. When I did it for a side trip to the Taj Majal I contacted EmegancyTeam@Celebrity.com Please be advised that we have received your request to embark/debark at an alternate port. After reviewing said request we are happy to advise that currently there are no regulatory restrictions that will prohibit an approval. There is a $65 USD or CAD equivalent per booking handling to finalize your approval and arrangement. Please contact us at your earliest convenience and provide us with a valid credit card payment. We can be reached 7 days a week, 24 hours a day at: Domestic: 1-800-256-6649 (prompt #1) or International: 305-539-4107. Thank you Warm Regards, Emergency Travel Team
  23. I think virtually anything you charge to your Sea Pass will be applied to Non-Refundable OBC first and then Refundable OBC and then to your account.
  24. Ask for the dressing on the side - they will gladly comply with your request. I've also found that if you just ask for what you want for a salad whether on the menu or MDR menu they will try to get it for you.
  25. Yes. I always do that. Easiest to do this using App. Just go direct to arrival time and make sure you select for each guest. I usually grab my arrival time and come back later to complete the other information. You can also at anytime go back and re-enter or update you Passport
