You only get 4 drinks per day as Diamond.
That said, I can't imagine buying a drink package with the D vouchers plus 3-hour open bar happy hour in the suite lounge (plus 11-11 beer, wine, hard seltzer, soda, bottled water if Oasis-class).
The most recent one because my generous in-laws got us all suites and an OTW cabana on Cococay. 🤣
Joking aside, I think this will be hard to answer not knowing more details. How big is big? Will you all actually do an excursion together making the ports matter? Is one port more convenient than another?
Had it for the first time last month and loved it as well. I usually ask if they can make me the fried calamari app from the lunch menu (sometimes yes, sometimes no). Blessing in disguise that they said no this time.
Yes, they are accepted. They are a rapid form of PCR test. It says so on the RC website, no need to call.
Walgreens offers them and they have been used thousands of times.
Giovanni's Table has always been our favorite although we don't do much specialty dining.
Just had dinner there on Indy recently and it was excellent as always. Wife and I both love their filet and I'm a big fan of the carbonara.
Yes, generally cheaper to book ahead of time.
Immediately. I don't mind helping, but you can contact them via live chat and they will answer all your questions. I had a very good experience with their customer service that way.
Just sign up for the $20pp proctoring... https://rapidtestandtrace.com/product/observed-test-for-travel/
There is no delivery. You're not purchasing anything except for the proctor session. You make an appointment, they send you a link, and you click on the link just before your appointment time.
Loved both my cruises over the past 2 months.
Staffing - Crew members were as friendly as ever and no staffing issues affected any part of either one.
Entertainment - Nothing that bothered me personally but there was no main aqua show on Harmony 5/29, only the smaller one, and the headliner was cancelled on the 2nd leg of my B2B on Indy but it was the same headliner as the 1st leg so we had already seen them (and they were mediocre anyway).
Was in a GS on Harmony 5/29. The suite concierges will e-mail you a show schedule but you don’t need reservations except for the comedy club. Make those in advance via e-mail.
That said, the show schedules are subject to change (ours did, including the headliner), so while you can plan ahead, be prepared to check the app on day one & adjust if needed.
This. On my recent B2B, the app for my 2nd leg wasn't even fully updated until TAD.
As for the compass, just ask your cabin attendant to give you one each night if he/she doesn't automatically. On Harmony 5/29, they appeared as they always have. On Indy, I had to ask and it was delivered nightly after that.
Cafe Promenade almost always has 2-3 kinds (open 24 hrs/day). Windjammer usually has 1-2 in the dessert section. You’ll see them all over, the flavors rotate though.
Let me put it this way... I'd put money on you not being the most casually dressed person in the MDR that night so pack/wear whatever you are comfortable wearing. You will see t-shirts and casual shorts.
I don't ever dress up. I put on khakis and a polo/short sleeve button down every night (formal or not) mostly b/c that was my pre-covid routine when we sat in DL every night for happy hour. On this past cruise, I was questioning why I wasn't just wearing shorts at night. You will see them in the MDR, the specialty restaurants, and the DL.
