  1. Depends on the proctoring company. Both RapidTestAndTrace and OnPoint will do multiple people on the same video call.
  2. I'm confused. You can get tests from any major retailer (if you don't have any free government tests lying around) and online proctoring is available for $20pp or less from sites like rapidtestandtrace or onpoint. What makes rapid antigen tests hard to come by in your area?
  3. Yes, I was aware, thank you. I was also pretty sure the poster I was talking to is from the US, however.
  4. Were you aware you can ask to be moved to any cabin in the same category as long as there is availability? I moved a GTY last month that I was perfectly content with just b/c there was a cabin available in a spot I liked even better.
  5. Not sure of the earliest my "official" assignment was ever given (it was never very late but that is possible) but you can usually find out your cabin as soon as you check in and have your set sail pass in the app using the "bar code trick." Add your set sail pass to your Apple wallet (if an Apple user) and numbers will appear under the bar code. The numbers to the right of the dash represent your cabin. If not an Apple user, scan the bar code to get the same set of numbers.
  6. The theme for each night can be found in the app and cruise compass (i.e. Italian, Mediterranean, Caribbean, etc.) That said, you never really know what you will find unless you check it out yourself. There are always random offerings that don't necessarily fit the theme.
  7. There was a crepe station one night on my recent Indy cruise. I have seen them on random nights on different ships over the years.
  8. Just went on Freedom class for the first time after years of almost solely Oasis class. Had been on Freedom before and Voyager class several times though. As mentioned, it really depends what you like about and where you spend your time on Oasis class. I missed Park Cafe and crossing the ship via Central Park. And we only use the Solarium, never the main pool, which will feel much smaller. But we knew that going in of course and had other reasons we wanted to go on Indy. Anyway, I think you'll be fine. The promenade is still similar enough as are many other areas of the ship... theater, ice rink, MDR, WJ, etc. EDIT: Just saw you were on Freedom in your signature. It will feel very similar to Freedom, just a bit smaller. Freedom class is really just a stretched out version of Voyager class.
  9. Had a great experience with RT&T, you'll be fine with them. As for going to Disney in this heat, more power to you guys. I'd melt in an hour. I can hear the MK fireworks from my house, closest I've been to Disney in forever, lol. We had annuals for a while then kinda gave up. We go to Disney Springs every so often. Love Art Smith's Homecomin'. When we read about Mason Jar on Wonder it made us think of that restaurant. Very similar southern concept.
  10. I didn't go in search of early morning alcohol on my recent B2B but we used some for bottled water and iced coffee drinks at Cafe Promenade. Windjammer bar perhaps? Can at least get fresh squeezed OJ.
  11. Indy last month was the first "fridge" I've had that was virtually useless... and it wasn't just that we got a broken one b/c it was a B2B and we switched cabins... both were the same.
  12. Just be aware that those aren't really "fridges" and the temperature varies by ship.
  13. Think we've done half a dozen or so. Finally got one we didn't like last month. The good news is you can switch to any available cabin in the same category (if booked in the US at least), which I would have done, but we happened to win a small RoyalUp.
  14. Agreed. That's why it's essential to bring gallon size ziplocs to keep the ones you take back to your cabin chewy. 😁
  15. Have you done the "bar code trick"? Add your set sail pass from the app to your Apple wallet (if you're an Apple user). Numbers will appear under the bar code. The numbers to the right of the dash are your cabin. You can also scan the bar code with a QR reader to see the numbers. In rare cases you will see "GTY" after the dash (which obviously won't help).
  16. FWIW, we had a great experience in CK on Harmony 5/29. If Rodrigo is still onboard running it, you're in good hands! Very friendly and funny in addition to making sure everything runs smoothly. I know one of the two suite concierges has changed but Junior (who was still there last I heard) was very helpful with requests, especially pre-cruise via e-mail. I was the designated contact person for our extended family of 8 for the cruise. There was an app issue with our comedy reservations and he told me he'd personally walk us down to the show if he had to. Good luck with the AC! Ours went out a couple months ago. Turned out to be a quick fix and fortunately we have two units (one downstairs, one upstairs), so as long as one is working, we can survive.
  17. Used to love the chilled soups and they would frequently be in the WJ on the same nights as they were being served in the MDR.
  18. I can only speak for RT&T. Check their website. You can see their appointment calendar without booking. Pretty far out if I recall. Here's some more info that may help...
  19. $20 at RT&T. $15 at OnPoint. That's just for proctoring if you provide your own tests.
