Yes, on Carnival's website when you are allowed to check in at midnight Miami time then just skip all the sections until you get to the section that asks you to select an arrival time. I think it's like section 7 or so...you can go back at your leisure and complete the other sections.

Menu Mate is actually a kiosk that's manned by one of the dining representatives. They use the tablets to look up information regarding specialty diets. They are also the person you check in with once you embark to order for MDR dinning for the first night. They can also make sure you are flagged to the wait staff that you have a special diet and what you cannot eat. Wait staff will take your order at the conclusion of dinner for the next night's dinner. Buffet items are landmines for cross contamination...

I've only missed one in 12 cruises and it was Grand Cayman back in 2018. Funny thing is it's almost like the captain has to actually arrive at the anchorage before he can call it off. We were slowed to 3 knots and then he arrived at the anchorage and did a 180 and brought it up to 16 knots and then the announcement. Canceled 😞 I think most knew it was canceled from the other 2 ships ahead of us who did the same thing!

I don't use a PVP. I use a traditional agent. She came onboard the ship and took my sign and sail card and did a bar run and brought me back an old fashioned. She even signed for me! Now that's an extra!
