    @the mice, I totally understand. It’s mostly snowshoes for us too these days. @nordski, if you DO go to Stowe, you’re going to have to go right by Burlington on your way, so we would have to make a plan for a drink or a meal with you and Mrs. Nordski!

    I think we’re going to pass. We have a veranda that we are happy with and just wouldn’t want to risk being placed in an undesirable location in a CC. And frankly, the free specialty dining isn’t *that* great of a draw for us, as most of the time we are perfectly happy in Discoveries.

    I think that Azamara markets itself as a premium cruise line, not a luxury cruise line, which I would say would be a step up from premium.

    I’m talking about ports that are close to the ship, unlike Rome!

    To answer the broader question, Azamara will provide shuttles into ports unless local regulations prohibit it.

    I just got an email inviting me to bid on an upgrade from my veranda cabin on my 3/7 sailing. It gave me the opportunity to bid on everything above that grade. When I went to do a mock booking, it shows everything except OV sold out. What gives?

    I too got an immediate response to my QR code mid cruise survey on the Quest last summer. But it was a positive review 😏

    Where are you seeing this ? When I go to check on my cruise (3/7), it just say “check in not available.”

    It’s fine to wear shorts during the day in Discoveries.

    On my cruise last summer (Quest), someone in our party was not admitted into Discoveries until he changed into long pants
