    We were on Prima Dec 2022. Never asked if we wanted to be picked to go on stage...but I was!! So I'm guessing its random when you scan your card at theater. I got to play PLINKO. Won $250 cash. Hope your husband is picked.

    When you are in Observation Lounge (afternoons) you have to try the Pastelitos...Yummmmy. Varies...cheese, guava, etc. Best pastry I have ever had.

    Love, love, love the Encore. Officers and staff are so great. Entire ship..crew, entertainment, food, cabins are always top notch.

    Recently on Joy and yes, our door was decorated. Not by us, but by NCL employees who decorated our cabin AND door (on the hallway side) for my husbands birthday. So, I guess the answer is yes....your door can be decorated.

    No reservations accepted. Even on screens, cannot make reservations. Like others said...get there early. Sorry, but Enjoy your cruise.

    I have food issues too and I always ask once on board to speak to Executive Chef or Food & Bev Mgr. They will make notes on your account. Plus, at EVERY meal, they will ask if you have any food allergy or issue. You can also order your meals once on board for next day each evening. Very accommodating and wonderful when it comes to special food ordering. Enjoy your cruise🚢😊

    Just watch video, then check in with keycard once you board. Its soooo much better than in person muster drills. Hope those never return. Happy cruising.🚢

    No it would not. NCL Corporate is not monitoring your reason for eliminating the dsc. Crew works hard for the dsc. Have you no compassion for the hard working crew??? I guess not!!!

    What makes a difference where the staff is from... ALL of them regardless of country of origin are excellent and always smile and are extremely hard working individuals.

    Its not a big deal...just book when you get on board or call like the letter said. Don't sweat the small stuff. Life is too short.

    Recently on Encore, Joy, and Prima. Indian food was excellent. I always chat with the chefs at the Indian counter buffet or sit at the Indulge Indian area and speak directly to the chefs. Always get great food and service.
