    If you walk towards the back in the waiting area, there are restrooms with multiple stalls. Why everyone tries to use the single one...??? Just walk farther towards the back.

    Just ask. We get ice every day. Cabin stewards are great.

    We have always had excellent service on all NCL ships. Have never experienced declining service.

    On first day..on Prima, Joy and Encore within the past year asked cabin steward for ice each morning. No problem. Got ice every morning.

    We love the NCL Encore especially for the Observation Lounge. Stunning location for viewing Alaska.

    Loved the Prima...food, drinks, entertainment everywhere (every nite) was great. No complaints here.

    It was a great show. About an hr and a half. Cast that played Donna in different ages of her life were unbelievably great. A must see.

    To the original author/poster..."aimcat" Nobody forced you to pay those prices. You chose. Right? So don't cruise anymore..try finding a vacation cheaper. I doubt it. More cabins, food and drinks for the rest of us. Yay.

    I agree. Remember most crew...English is not their primary language and he probably was trying to make a joke...not insult you.

    Like stated above... City of Miami (near port) AND Miami Beach (spring break area) Totally different. Stay in hotel near port or airport. Totally safe.
