JMHO everything else is, unfortunately, irrelevant. But I've read that you need to contact the Princess Casino customer service, 800-355-7636 9am to 5pm Monday - Friday Casinos, not 'regular' customer service. Hopefully the 10 calls were to that # (and I misread). Wishing you a call back. Customer service line is frustrating which is why I leave it up to my CVP to resolve issues (but extending use by dates is something she can no longer do)

@chubbypiggy I did not know. I found out when I asked how many were left and it was 20+. In that each pkg is only 15 then I think both loaded. Except on Caribbean last month. Went thru 2 a day (10 day cruise) and disembarked with some still on it. But they charge me for every pot of tea. And then I have GSD refund me. They're losing out bc it moves nonrefundable OBC into refundable OBC & I collect cash at the end. Their loss but just 40+ so I guess they don't care

Guess I've cruised alot but this year will be slower. Just April, May, June, November .... I think Not back on for a few months & will also dbl check on that one

Not true if you're near the State Dept. Call 1-877-487-2778 and explain that you are traveling within 14 calendar days and need a same day expedited passport. Easy peasy Like I said: Rafa (Grandson not Nadal) had 11am appt for 1st passport / passport in hand at 1 / on 6pm flight to Paris. The 1-877-487-2778 line will tell you when / where / info to bring / wish MedallionClass app & process was that easy

@chubbypiggy I have always gotten 2 coffee pkgs and I'm a solo. Once I complete the 1st one, I get the 2nd one EXCEPT on the Enchanted & Discovery Princesses they loaded both at the same time.

I don't know when it is or where you live but Rafa got a same day passport at the State Dept in SF. 11am appt, had it by 1pm, 6pm flight to Paris. I'm tracking my online renewal now. Normally expedited in 3-5 weeks / most in 3. Normal in 6-9 weeks / most in 6. Or so they say. Submitted 1/11/23, received 1/23/23, assigned 1/23/23. Expected 2/16-28/23 needed 4/16/23

Wow!! Guess I'm abnormally lucky again (although she sometimes gives me a new booking#). Don't mind that as long as it comes with more OBC, lower price, same or better room. Right now I've only got 2 not assigned to her & she's straightened both of them out. (Category sold out and priced higher now ... These are holdouts from late 2020)

I had 2 March 2020 cruises on the Grand Princess canceled. My granddaughters Goodwill credit (the bonus amt) expired 12/31/22 but her other FCC is good until the end of this year so unless you took cash + Goodwill FCC you still have OBC = the amount you paid for cruise

I haven't seen a huge rise in hotel prices but they've increased (I do land only trips as well). I have seen a bump up in flights. Used to be NS around 785 to Sydney AU (according to my screenshot reservations from 2018 & 2019) but right now I'm satisfied with 2006 and that isn't even NS!! Sounds like the one I fired ..... which is easy to do BTW. My 1st one (M.R.) had spoiled me but retired. My 2nd one was a total nightmare so I fired her. Got another good one now. Never let's me book nonrefundable deposit (unless it's $1) always suggests a few $$s more to keep it refundable But I have written a query to the powers: "Why is it that some ships have the vegan / vegetarian menu and others have an extremely limited option on the standard menu?" What makes the most sense for me personally is: $16 daily gratuity $7.50 per day wifi IF AND ONLY IF there's alot of sea days $0 trade minibar for 2 Coffee [or Tea] Lovers pkg $23.50 a day $7.08 dz waters precruise Carryon 1 bottle wine Now if I had 2 glasses wine every day or get hundreds of OBC my answer might be different
