I use the crew call chat for anything that I would like to communicate to guest services that (in my opinion) is not time critical. Not always something oriented to me...if I see something around the ship that needs attention I will just post it to them on crew call chat. That way, they can take care of it (if they so deem) in whatever time frame they wish. In my opinion, I think that they would rather receive information in this manner instead of always face to face with a guest. (JMO)
Many people do not scroll down far enough on the travel tab to find the transfers. They see the flight info at the top and think that this is all that is on that page. Transfers are below the flight section.
Quite often in Vista Lounge. Today they were playing outside at the pool area. I think they have played (or will be playing) in the Piazza. I don't think that they do Take Five...maybe.
Last night they did one of the best Classic Rock sets I have ever heard on a cruise ship.
While most people tend to want to be at the ship's bow, I prefer to be on the stern. You get a really good view of the locks closing behind the ship, either in the old or new locks. Both are interesting from engineering standpoint, but the old locks even more so just knowing that they were built over 100 years ago.
If you are really wanting to do a specialty restaurant then you should really try to get it booked before you board. While the general consensus is that they "hold back" some reservation time slots...I would not count on it.
We have done Reserve Class twice now. I doubt that we will consider booking it again in the future. We just feel that we would get more out of booking a full suite rather than a Reserve Class mini-suite, though we have never stayed in a suite before.
Alfredo's is the venue that *most* people tend to associate this with, but there are others. I cannot think of any of the others though! Hopefully someone will chime in...
