I agree with them being lighter but more complicated to recycle, as for weight not really a concern for a ship plus glass is crushed and bagged tin is flattened but plastic goes through a different process which as far as I know is not done onboard just bagged thus more bulky.

They was made redundant or there contracts paid up being put on furlough would have been complicated because they was not uk citizens or residents of uk, as for the ferry company did you believe this government would have done anything to them.

Not just a FO problem we asked for a table for 2 when we was on explorer 2 and was shown to ours the 2 other tables was so close together you could not get between them, we was going to turn it down but the couple on the next table called us over, they was relieved to know someone.

Did you notice a deterioration in service on your last cruise.

Our last cruise they took on extra staff at Tenerife but we didn’t see any deterioration in service, but saying that we was to busy enjoying ourselves to really look.

you can make new bottles from recycled glass and tins from recycled can’s easier than plastic bottles from recycled plastic.

We was on Britannia in October and she was in a really good state, the crew was painting the ship whilst at sea and when docked, the food was of good standard as for portion size ample for me, entertainment was of a very good standard apart from the singer in Brodie’s who I think thought we was all deaf.

Hopefully they will not upgrade the lines in the order they said in the post, because on another site there is a lot of infrastructure to be placed on the ships.

Interesting thing is this discussion started by one person posting an unverified report from some review site, now after reading some of the posts about the effects of drinks packages we must be going on the wrong cruise's because we have never seen any bad behaviour, but I only ever hang around the better class of bars on ship.

As I have never been to Butlins how do they compare, we was on the TA in October last year and had a totally different experience to you.

I have never taken alcoholic drinks onboard the prices are reasonable, we just take soft drink in cans (wife’s personal preference). -

you are correct in that a fight did happen the couple who took part was arrested, but the clown incident was played out on this site to further some people's view of falling standards.

No problem but the conversation on here degenerated into a debate of falling standards, all bought about by some one posting a newspaper report which turned out to be based on a lie
