    Having done it (well tried to) and taking into consideration the exponential cost of the trip, I would advise caution in others trying this.

    Any of the loyalty matches and attainment, easy peasey when you have two similar lines. exponentially more difficult when it is CCL, Cunard, Costa, Princess, Hal, ETC, ETC, ETC.

    2 cruise lines (built and run similarly) vs 9 cruise lines that are part of a parent that are very different, in the way they are run, in the way they sell and are priced, in the clientele they serve .

    Thanks. While we have rarely brought on (been a LONG time) it is somewhat disturbing, agree with the handwriting on the wall. For us, it is more of buying a bottle of wine or two.

    I cannot ever remember reading a post here about someone getting fined (which does not mean it did not happen).

    Lots wrong with that. That said, my point was that regardless iof how many offers, there are only so many cabins. They could have thousands of free offers, but once cabins are gone, they are gone.

    Certainly if you frequent the casino, there will be some impact, but nothing substantial. My guess the impact would be more on sea days. Not a gambler here but asw events from time to time and saq cabin adornments.
