That is good news. All of the upcharges were getting to be a bit bothersome...

If the itinerary works out on HAL for my next cruise, I will try HAL again. For Celebrity the entertainment is grade C at best. The music walk is something that I just might enjoy. On Celebrity I found myself skipping most of the shows.

Shhhh. Not so loud. We need some cruisers left on the Celebrity boards...

Lack of demand. Several of the places in Mexico are Level 4 on the State Department list. The Celebrity cruises they do have are very inexpensive. Not a money maker so they don't sail there...

E class is for younger adults. Who else could believe that a sunroom is a balcony 🤣

The luxury lines will purchase some of the cruise lines older ships. Probably not M class as too many passengers. They are able to make it work as they charge more for the cruise fare. I was scheduled on a smaller Princess ship to Tahiti during the pandemic. Princess sold the ship to a lux line. The lux lines seem to be able to make it work with the older ships and the fares they charge. The mass market lines end up charging a lot less for the older ships and not making enough revenue.

The colors were a decorating fad... Not bad, but perhaps a timeless design would have been better... I am painting over a similar design in my house ...

I did enjoy the Millenium. My favorite Celebrity ship. The decor did seem very gray though ... Perhaps a renewal vs. a Revolution would be better ...

Royal 2.0 ... Sunroom as a balcony on E... My favorite class of ship is M, S is sailable, and E is just too crowded... E class tends to have a younger crowd.

The difference with Celebrity, we were continuously signing upcharge slips for drinks with the premium package. It was tiresome and expensive ...

I don't think that us Celebrity cruisers could deal with that much Luxury 🤣
