I guess everyone else that smells the secondhand smoke throughout the Sea View pool area on the Pinnacle Class ships must be mistaken. 🤔

I'll suggest that the smoke-free area is a little bit of a misnomer on the Pinnacle Class ships. Although there may not be active smoking is the entire casino, the second-hand smoke fills the entire casino as well as affecting some of the music walk area below.

Me too 😀 I had 799 points and the survey response got me to 800 points. The 5 point webinar is listed but I don't see it in the Celebrity total. The 5 points also doesn't show up in my Azamara points.

Please tip the cabin attendants for any children in your cabin. The generate at least as much work as an adult. Your child may sail free as far as the cruise line is concerned but the cabin attendants deserve to be paid.

Glad you got it sorted out to your satisfaction. Your friends on CC helped steer you in that direction, but I would have hoped that your TA would have suggested that approach. Perhaps you should re-evaluate your TA for any future cruises.

Perhaps you need to re-evaluate your TA for future cruises. I would hope the TA would see that you had a refundable deposit and know you shouldn't be charged any fees. If your TA is new or having trouble with this basic concept, I wonder if she will be able to help with more complicated issues.
