Sunny and much cooler. Grass needs cutting again. Fancy loves being outside when it is hot. I have to watch her as she loves laying in the hot sun. She then manages to find bunny poop and roll around in it. Such the lady.

Cloudy and a high of 85. Another busy day for me. I have a meeting, clients, and my class later this evening. Fancy will want to go outside although she will be disappointed as she loves stretching out in the grass in the sun.

I was in Juneau, June 1,2023 on the Nieuw Amsterdam. I was with my sister Karen, brother Dave, and SIL Diane. We had such a great time.

I think the camera man is partial to Holland America. I watched Norwegian come in and Carnival come in over the past few weeks and they were not zoomed in like this. 

I am glad to see they have the "We love Alaska" banner again.

Sunny and going up to 86 today, Summer seems a bit early for me. 

Lots of grading of assignments this week. My calculations show a total of 52 papers. Each must be read and given feedback. I will also be working on the last two chapters of my dissertation today. 

Overdid it over the weekend and now have a sore back. Sometimes I think that I am much younger than my body actually is.

Expecting temps in the 80s. What? Summer already. I was hoping for an extended Spring. Oh well. I have to do some indoor cleaning today. When you have 3 cats and a dog, vacuuming is a must. I might get out and finish weeding. The meal of the day is interesting. I use a lot of beans in my cooking. I also use spinach and have made spinach and pasta meals. I wouldn't be against adding beans as well. I also happen to like martinis.

Still under a frost advisory with temperature getting up in the 50s. Tomorrow, it should be 80. Plans for today are taking Chase to the vet for his shots and maybe doing some yard work after grocery shopping. Then, again, I may just sit and relax today. The meal of the day sounds yummy.

After a freeze warning this morning, temperatures will head up to the 60s. The next several days will be in the 70s and 80s. The sub is expected to be out today, so I intend to be outside as well. No clients today but I will be finishing up grading assignment and then I will head off for a nice massage.

Crazy weather around here. We have been having freeze watches and warnings. This weekend we are expected temperatures in the 80s. I was hoping for a little Spring before we jump into Summer. 

Not much going on today. Grading assignments. clients, and my live class tonight. In other words, same old stuff.

A bit cloudy now but should get some sun with a high about 66. My kind of weather. Not too hot and not too cold. Not much going on today but the usual. Grading assignments and then seeing clients in the afternoon. 168 days until my cruise. It is getting closer. I have never taken a 10-day cruise, so I am looking forward to time away. My hope is that I can take an even longer cruise. We shall see.

Today is primary election day in Pennsylvania. I voted by mail thinking I would have jury duty. Sunny and warm today. High of 67. We did have a freeze warning last night. Working on a few projects today and then grading assignment. Should be a relatively easy day. Hope to get outside and enjoy the sun.

Today is sunny. Highs in the low 60s. Last night we had a frost advisory. Today I do not have to report for jury duty. A relief since it is about an hour's drive to the courthouse during rush hour traffic, I don't mind jury duty, the problem is that I am self-employed and that $9 for reporting would barely cover lunch. I start a class of 26 students. I teach the capstone class that they must take before graduation. This is the largest class I have taught so we shall see how this goes.
