  1. WHY DO I DO this to myself? So I'm on the phone now with MSC Customer Service (#5 to purchase items before cruise.) This rep cannot tell me if it is 2 devices PER guest in YC or 2 per CABIN. Seriously? I know if you book the All In Wifi Plus Drinks you get 2 total per cabin, but for YC is it 2 per guest (for Pax 1& 2 presumably) or 2 total.... WHY CAN'T THEY TRAIN THESE folks on the simplest of questions? Shaking my head......
  2. So frustrating, right? WE are on the Divina before you. Will report back. I don't want to add a device and pay for it only to find out that it is not needed b/c we each get 2 ... argh... the struggle is real... πŸ˜‹
  3. The Mozzarella station was closed as of March... wondering if anyone can say if it has reopened πŸ˜‰
  4. There is coffee 24/7 in the Buffet on the Divina
  5. Having a total brain blip today (and we haven't gotten our docs for our 18 September cruise yet...) For a YC cabin is it Browse and Stream for 2 Devices TOTAL, or per guest in cabin? I'm thinking the former, but can't confirm. Thanks in advance.
  6. Unfortunately there is not much you can do. They are willing to refund the cruise which is all that they are required to do. You might be able to get some future cruise credit for a bit more than the cruise value if you are willing to rebook to another sailing.
  7. To answer the OP, you can use your key card (on or off a lanyard) just as you would on any other line. I prefer to NOT wear the bracelet as I don't want to be "tracked" down...
  8. Assuming this was PRE-COVID and pre-change in Premium package. JW Blue is not included and we've have not been able to get a glass (or bottle) of off wine wine since...
  9. Really the only downside to Bella is not being able to choose a specific cabin as the room service breakfast as part of the Fantastica experience is fairly lousy coffee and some pastry.
  10. The Divina is going to be at Port Canaveral next month. Yes, drop off luggage and then circle back to parking garage. If you have the Easy package included as part of your fare you can have as much bottled water as you want. Grab one every time you go by a bar and keep in your cabin. Your embarkation time will likely change several times before now and boarding. Get there when you need to. Most people err to the side of going really early.
  11. Yes, if not for YC. And the $500 is only for cruises of 10 days or more and does vary by date & sailing.
  12. Our boarding time for the Divina for next month is 9:30. LOL. It will easily change 4 times before then πŸ™‚
  13. Need more details please -- ship, sailing, what category are you in? (Previously I've only seen this as an upsell for Yacht Club)
  14. I have settled up in cash by depositing it in the same machine that you do a credit card pre-authorization. They will also happily take cash if you try to depart and for some reason your credit card (despite putting it in the machine) wasn't captured properly. I was personally "held up" getting off the boat for $19 once πŸ™‚
  15. Yes, you can bring a friend for your Diamond meal for 2 The $99 steak offer is for an enhanced offering with a shared tomahawk, seafood platter, etc. The meal combo package includes a different offering of the tasting meal (limited selection, but very delicious.) The specialty dining packages are different by ship depending on the # of venues, as well as sailing. For $71 that's a BARGAIN.
  16. It is one per CABIN now. If you are both Black Card you get one meal for two people. If one of you is black, you get one meal for two people.
  17. Yes, us too. We got an email asking what types of pillow, bottle of booze and newspaper we wanted πŸ™‚
  18. No other options unfortunately unless the specialty dining (for fee) restaurants are open (which they usually aren't). Also, I have never seen anyone with a punched lanyard as is more common on the US Mass Market cruise lines. This is an Italian cruise line; it's doubtful that you would see an Italian walking around with a key card on a lanyard πŸ™‚
  19. Yes, you have to put down a credit card. I can't say what the preauthorization amount was (or if there was one) because I never looked πŸ˜‰
  20. Yes, I found the same thing. Same cabin, same sailing but if you book on the MSC Italian website and were to pay in Euros it would be significantly cheaper (especially with current exchange rates.) The only thing is that when you go to put in your address it defaults to Italy as home country. Not sure how to circumvent that.
  21. Agree. We were on Disney once and the a/c flooded from the ceiling soaking EVERYTHING in our closet. Disney laundered the clothes; that was it.
  22. I would call MSC directly to have them update the birth YEAR (location won't matter)
  23. If that's the plan you signed up for, then, yes. Does it stink? Of course, but it's a way for them to make more money.
