  1. Hey @ninjacat123 I'll wave at you in baggage claim at FCO in Oct when DH and I also leave for a cruise 😎 I will follow along if you do a Live - safe travels!
  2. So the next generation of HAL cruisers should have a lovely online experience - I likely won't live that long and unlike my cat, I don't have 9 lives...
  3. And breakfast options & times are also (usually) listed on the instruction sheet in your Disembarkation Packet, aka my least favorite piece of cruising mail...😢
  4. HAL logo? Not any version I've ever seen. Small or large, I don't see it, but maybe it's the new eye test and I failed? I understand the "404 page not found" and just go find what I need when I get it. But can't do that w/the "400 bad request " as it doesn't allow you to go anywhere else; may as well be "server down." I'm trying to make final payment that is due by Fri and apparently will have to call in because of the "400 bad request " error. It is happening w/greater frequency and really needs to be addressed. Grrr...
  5. Is my rate code on the original booking confirmation or anywhere else wherecI can see it or would I need to call to find out what is is? Booked so long ago, I don't remember what what we booked. Likely Early Saver, but not certain. We're now under 30 days to sail date.
  6. Hooray!! Now the patient good kitty gets a new 📦 and your hanging clothes get a new home next trip. And we get a final chapter in Tales of a Garment Bag. 🥳 And you get to finalize the insurance claims...I hope. Glad you made it home safely and your son doesn't have permanent wrinkles from the squinting - now go get the boy some glasses!!
  7. Sometimes they will allow you to move it to another cruise even if it's non-refundable. Select a cruise before you call so you have everything ready and can complete it during your call. And as others have said, be sure to do it before you hit final payment date. Good luck.
  8. No, not a 48 hour hold. It was a low price guarantee for 48 hours after booking.
  9. Kinda kicking myself cuz I've seen several price drops (and increases) for our cabin category on upcoming B2B Venezia and didn't submit a request - just griped. One was really significant. In the back of my mind I knew there was a request form, but I also remember seeing something that said guarantee price for 48 hours, so I didn't think it would apply. So used to HAL where there's no form, you just call in and they do it.
  10. Yeah, I don't use it, but there it is. App icon looks the same on phone and just takes you to the website, which results in the same "bad request "
  11. Unfortunately w/HALs system, you won't see where the OBC came from. You can call and ask - they will tell you. It's likely shareholder if you got confirmation for that, as an upgrade if done as a true upgrade, would not trigger the AARP OBC as it's not a new booking. Anything's possible, but I'd bet on shareholder.
  12. Ask your cabin steward for the xxxl robe. If they can't find you one, you can adk in the spa - that's likely where the steward would get it from. Safe travels - enjoy your cruise!
  13. Received several times today when trying to resolve a FE issue. Cleared cookies and cache...again...then launched Incagnito Mode. Was able to see the flights then when I clicked to see options, right back to the error. So, still happening.
  14. Question on timing of the request - there's availability when you check so you submit the request. Price goes up or category sells out (or both) before CCL looks at it. Do you still get the credit?
  15. No wonder I'm feeling hungry - I gotta have my breakfasts!!
  16. Oh my. Surely when you call, they'll realize it's a duplicate. And as much as you're going to enjoy yourself, no matter how much over the top fun it will be, you can't be in 2 same places at 1 time, lol.
  17. Thanks for the review - our most recent Eurodam cruise was May this year to AK, r/t Seattle. We had no real issues, couple elevators were out all week which were reported to still be out for several cruises after ours. Food was good, service, as usual, was excellent, no significant wait times for anything (ship was sold out). We have enjoyed all our cruises on Eurodam and look forward to another next year.
  18. Pdf is available for all of my cruises back to early 2018 on Win 10 on PC as well as Chrome 114.0.5735.131 on Android 10 phone plus the app.
  19. @Holly g no matter which of the 3 options from @OlsSalt list I do, I always go to Pax Services early (6-630am) Turnaround morning and get a key to the new cabin.
  20. That's the new HAL app. I haven't gotten that notice on my computer but got it on my phone months ago.
  21. That is absolutely correct! Mystery solved, congrats and enjoy the OBC!!
  22. @Crew News @Holly g every B2B I've done that involved changing cabins (most recent this May Eurodam, Feb N Amsterdam, Dec K'Dam) I got the new key prior to breakfast (usually 6 - 630am) on Turnaround Day at Pax Services. Keep old key b/c as @kazu said, you will need it to scan off. No need for you personally to access the new cabin until you get back on. You'll scan back on the ship w/the new card and will be able to get into the new cabin. Cabin Steward will move your stuff while you're gone. We were told to do this a couple years by a very helpful cabin steward and it's worked every time 😀
  23. @PrincessArlena'sDadAnd I wanna apply for adoption as child #4 - dog already ate my glasses, so nothing to leave behind anywhere lol. Of course, also means I can't be a back up driver. 🫣 Thoroughly enjoying the review.
