I saw that post on Twitter (X) as well. Gives me hope that his treatments have gone well.

She is just looking for more snacks I think. Oh how I remember those days of the dog poo to the vet. We too paid for the test, and it was always positive. With every farm cat we have had it is always a PS understood they were positive and no testing happened. Also with farm cats it is hard to find a stool sample.

We just picked it up from our vet, but they do small and large animals. They didn’t see Lucy they only had to hear about her journey and that I saw a couple of worms. As they said then, outside cats tend to get into a fair amount of things that can help them get worms. Ever since that summer we dose her in the spring and once again later in the season. I do the secondary treatments. When we used to have livestock we picked many different types of medications prescribed from phone discussions. Not sure if your local vet would be as easy to work with but I think either way of getting it would work.

This is amazing news. So thankful he returned home. I do have a suggestion, get a deworming treatment for your cat. After being on the prowl for so long you have no idea of what he was eating. When Lucy returned after being away for almost 3 weeks, a few years ago, she had them. After a phone call with our vet it was their immediate suggestion. Would you consider getting him chipped just in case he goes missing again? He might never leave your side again, but you never know. Give Maxx a rub for me.

Breakdown of Gratuities since latest increase
A&L_Ont replied to lovesthebeach2's topic in Royal Caribbean International
Best post of the thread. 😂 The word tips/gratuities is a “dog whistle” for both sides of the discussion, once it is read they come running. -
What do you consider reasonably priced to be? It would give people a staring point. I personally haven’t stayed at one with a shuttle but I sure they are out there. You might want to check the departure ports of call pages too. There might be better info there to help you.

Maybe, but I’d counter with the following to that possibility. If the seller of the ship actually did that, after checking with their legal team, I’d be amazed. The law suit against them would be very large if that was the case for lost revenue, bad PR etc. They would have had to sell the ship for a whole lot more to make up for the lawsuit.

Very true. I’m a bit surprise that their site is still live. You could drill down to book a specific cabin with a price, but their floor plans don’t matter as they have no ship. Maybe the finance company pulled the plug, or the cruise line that originally owned the ship wasn’t willing to extend the financing loan to buy/lease their ship once they saw they were cash poor. When the financing fell through the owner of the ship decided to sell to someone else. I wonder for how long the organizers knew that this was transforming from a real possibility of happening, to a pipe dream or a pyramid scheme. IMO they have known for a while. It’s not like they can head down to the used cruise ship lot and get one for a week next Tuesday. Meanwhile those that booked expecting to go have been left high and dry. I really hope all the folks get their deposits back.
