On those ports which has a luggage drop off area (convey belts, luggage room) such as Galveston and Port Canaveral. I always drop off my luggage at those areas instead of giving it to porters. I don't trust don't greedy porters for whatever expectation of the tips and do something to your luggage. I hope Royal Caribbean have some training about the code of ethnics and what expect from the porters interacting with the guests, they are also representing the Royal Caribbean cruise experience.

On Allure last August, they did not leave any hand sanitizer bottle in our cabin, but I asked room attendant if I can get a couple of them. He was able to find them and brought to our cabin.

On last couple of cruises on Liberty and Allure on embarkation day the diamond vouchers we used before around 3 - 4 pm, somehow those did not count toward to the vouchers we used. I guessed that their accounting system has not properly setup for that new cruise week yet and it didn't get log on to the guests record. With this receipt system it fixed up that gap. 😂

I'm not a gambler person, the only game I know is BlackJack/21. Play it on the PC and Phone. On the ship do they have Black Jack on one of those machines instead at the table ? Went through Casino several times look at those machines couldn't figure it out if it can play blackjack or not. Thanks

Inside the Windjammer seems like there is a small bar, do you know if they serves alcoholic drinks there or that place is the specialty coffee bar. If it only serves specialy coffee, is the closest bar from Windjammer the Sky Bar? Thanks

I brought a 750ml bottle of Sake to the MDR on Allure last month, the bottle is screw cap type. No cork on bottle = no corkage fee. There is nothing to cork 😉 Seriously, no one care about it or ask anything about it.

Is the North Star complementary or there is an additional fee? Seems like it is open on embarkation day. Thanks

We are non-smokers and and booked a cabin # 12700 on the Ovation starboard side. I saw a video posted. Someone on on deck 6 starboard side was saying that the deck beneath him (deck 5) is a smoking area, therefore I was wondering on the Ovation, the public smoking area is it on the port or starboard side. If the smoking side is the starboard side deck 5 and I'm on deck 12. Would the smoke from deck 5 go up to deck 12? Can someone who in the past has a balcony on Ovation starboard side (especially the back half of the ship) share any comments. Thanks

Thanks for the information. Uber was able to drop you off within walking distince to the check-in building at pier 91? I have heard that Uber were to drop passengers off at some remote location and they have to take the shuttle bus to the terminal. They no longer doing that? Thanks

vouchers do not carry over, they expired at the end of the day. At the end of the day, with unused voucher, we get a can of soda or beer to go (unopened)

4 vouchers per person per day. That person must be a diamond member even though they are in the same cabin.

On our Allure cruise in July last month, our daughter use diamond vouchers to get milkshakes at Johnny Rocket through out the cruise without any issues. I did also asked the diamond lounge concierge lady about using the voucher for milkshake at JR and she said yes you can. I guess if you have any issue of using it, just ask your diamond lounge concierge to resolve it.

Hello everyone, When using the ship's photographer for photo opportunities, I know that I have to give them my cabin number or scan my seapass so that it will show up in my account. Question here is that if we are taking a group picture with another family how do I get that same photo to show up in my account and the other family's account when looking through the Kiosk? Do I tell the photographer to use both cabin numbers ? Or when using the Kiosk, is there a way to link photos from another account? Thanks

On my upcoming cruise, I have 4 bids, if I won one of them does the rest expired or cancelled? What I'm trying to say is for example let say I win the bid for an ocean view room, got charged for the bid, then few days before the cruise I may win the other bid for a balcony room and they charge me again for the balcony ? Hello everyone, On my upcoming cruise I have another party's reservation linked to mine. Since there are information that both party's don't want to share we decide to unlink. I have been on the phone with RCI for an hour, transfer from one person to another still they can not figure out how to unlink it. They all said that they don't see any other people reservation link to mine even after I gave the other party's reservation id. I told them when I log into my account on both Windows PC and Android App, I can see the other party's account in details. RCI still say don't see anyone else link to my account. Has anyone tried to unlink another party's reservation to yours? Any success? Any tips how to unlink? Thanks
