He called his mom the B word and others, so big shot bil punched him, 3 times. Kid called 911 and police came. Bil had to go to court and pay a fine and was on probation 6 months last year. So brave punching a kid with amputated leg and no hands. I think there but for Karen's money goes my sister. She can be mouthy too. I told him to stop. He said if the kids mom his daughter just would punch him out that would solve the respect problem. He doesnt listen to me. He wanted to fly to maine and I said I can book it. Oh we want to fly in and just drive around. He wouldnt hear of booking hotels ahead. He wants to drive around looking for a vacancy sign. Finally they gave up. Now they want to plan a trip to ireland and just go. He keeps saying stop in a pub like tv movies and share a pint. None of them drink. No planned hotels, just go and play it by ear. I'm refusing to rise to the bait. Let them do what they will. To homestead the house karen my sister needs a ID with the address on it. Last year he said he did it. Not done. House isnt home steaded. He promised to do it yesterday. I'm paying the property taxes, they dont care. He makes promises he doesnt keep. Homesteading the house is the last thing before I move. She doesnt drive so no drivers license, but texas issues a texas ID and address has to match. 3 days ago I got the rejection letter from dallas property appraisal district. I had serious anger issues last year. Somehow buying the new florida condo helped and now I no longer wake up so angry I cant sleep. Yes I dont want to live near them. I admit it. I went over to check the mail and like a bunch of hillbillies they piled up stuff on the tree lawn. They cleaned out MY bedroom. They had my HS year books out in the pile in the rain. Top of the pile was my parents wedding photo books. She runs a 2nd hand store and took whatever she wanted without asking me. I asked her what gave her to think it was ok to throw out stuff. She said oh I asked your sister. My sister has a 80 IQ and would agree to anything. She had no authority to decide what I got to keep. I was pretty angry last year. Probably miserable to be around. I woke up at 3 am so angry I coukdnt sleep. The doll my mom kept in a tiny rocking chair in her living room was my doll I got at age 3 moms tells me when I agreed to stop sucking my thumb and I quit as promised. Gone. They were there when my cousin at the funeral said she was collecting pictures of my moms family. How could they not know to keep pictures.... and took off with quilts some of which I got back recently when even now she remembers I said I wanted the quilts and relish tray. I said how could I decide what I want if you guys took it and I didnt see it was there? I said you coukdnt tell I was pissed when I asked why my stuff was sitting out in a pile in the rain. She said wel, she didnt know why I was angry, maybe I had a bad day. I was livid both times I confronted them. It's like dealing with Larry Curley and Moe. I called his pastor even and called him a thief. Like there was a rolling tool cart really nice in the garage he asked to give to someone at his church. I said no I'm not ready to decide. He gave it away anyway. I told my gp doctor I had anger issues and he right away starts defending my hc sister. I'm sick and tired all my life no one is ever on my side. I'm always supposed to be ok with her misbehaving. And his family is greedy imo I dont care what he says. Hes broken every promise to us the whole marriage dealing with money. This is who is picking up mail for the taxes I filed .. I gave them the house. So mail still goes there. We talked it out recently. He says I need to get over it and move on. I said both sides of the family agree even a moron knows you dont go into someone elses safe without asking. And we dropped it. I'm moving to florida and it's a blessing how well that is working out. It was meant to be. I want my life back. Last year I was a very unhappy individual. Taxes got filed thursday. Missing a few papers I'm afraid, but best I could gather. Filed 5 taxes. The cpa and ubs are keepers. I couldnt find a cpa who would file trusts. Many cpa will not. My fix it guy evidently is muslim though idk but the cpa he uses I am sure they are. The women wear those head scarves. So when they were closed Wednesday I tried to tell myself it was something Muslim..whew it was. Very nice folks. So glad I found them. Yes I'm coming out the other end. You are so right. I cant wait. I've been generously giving them checks. I for sure want him happy, dont want my sister moving in with me. If money helps, heres more money. My sister does nothing but get her hair done and nails done. She does no work. No cleaning, cooking, or any housework. He is a ball of energy. I'm willing to pay him off as my mom did. We paid off their mortgage and gave them a monthly check before she died. I want my freedom. It's my turn. He sold their house to move into moms is why probably the first time in his life he had a pile of cash. Hence him going crazy and buying the pick up. Give it to your daughter, buy a family car. We had a gun incident at a school here. Might only be local news because whomever the kid shot didnt die, hospitalized. School has clear backpacks and metal detectors. I'd like to know how he got the gun into the school. Listened to supevervisor of the school say we all need to work together. Emergency responded perfectly. Theh showed how fire trucks parked to line up from the school outward to give cops shelter approaching the school. Id never seen it from above how they park for shootings. Lucky no one died. Id still like to know how the gun got past metal detectors. .

This ... the set price is for one labelled smaller, 2 large and a dessert. Dinner is not the same as ala carte menu. 2 different choices. Set dinner they bring the endame beans salted and the one soup choice is free. I prefer the wonton a small choice. Many of the large choices are a LOT of food. I never can finish. You can ask for hot tea too included.

Oil green today and iran still a worry. As a interesting sidenote, this last unemployment numbers showed number of foreign born who got new jobs. Never seen this emphasized before. Twice as many foreign born got jobs as nationals who lost jobs. The fed keeps citing how tight the labor market is when they are debating rate cuts. Adding in "foreign born" who took new jobs is kinda like "hey dummies... of course the labor market is tight and going to stay that way with new workers coming in. I think the fed might have to change its thought process a bit. Inflation isnt tamed is also echoing thru the market. Higher oil and higher interest rates weigh on rcl. Yes I've read rcl hedges oil out 6 months, dont know if still true... but people trade on emotions. Risks. One other bit is they made drilling in the Yukon or wherever it's called more expensive by a LOT. Huge jump in price to drill and they have to pay royalties, not sure who to, but oil under pressure from this news.

I'm seeing your pictures of food but nothing yet which ship or cruiseline you are on. I skipped the last day or two and trying to scroll back but wondering which ship. Saw eye doc Wednesday and stopped by cpa after and doors locked. Thought ok maybe they close for lunch but went back later in person and still locked up. Turned out it's a Muslim holiday. My eyes didnt see well enough i cand read her address so didnt notice he lied. We sent in her ID with old address. Today they are going to update. 2 pm he says. My fault also for not noticing and double checking. He said he was tired of putting out fires. I said me too, and thinking had he updated his driving license and ID it wouldnt be a push now. My time here in texas is getting tight. And yes you can change address online and pay via credit card. He says he has a unused credit card for travel. Still never used, and not for this. It's like dealing with 2 kids. How hard can it be to homestead their house lol. Well you do need a texas id or drivers license with a matching address. It was paying 4.7% when we bought. I'm too conservative in my picks. Conserve capital picks. I saw dani on her thread worried about iran threats to Israel. Oil prices are elevated. One spark and boom., A analyst on rcl upper his one year target to 160. I rebought at 130. I'm in and out. Early may rcl will have good earnings. Wouldnt disappoint. May 2 or may 5, I forget. Soon.

Well also it's about oil. Because rcl is a heavy user of oil products and the price is creeping up again. Iran told biden yesterday he needs to get israel in hand or they "could " totally stop traffic in the red sea. I really like last call on CNBC and this threat was discussed on last nights show, though seems it isnt being well covered except in stock news. But iran threatened us yesterday. The price of oil turned green again which also pressures rcl stock price. Some are calling for $90 oil. It's close. So I'd add oil to the mix. Its inflationary .. but also particularly bad for stocks like rcl with heavy debt.

Turn on a stock channel. It's not rcl.... it's all the market. Institutions were dumping since yesterday morning. Now its everyone. Market was overbought. 3 rate cuts baked in. Now a rate cut in june which had a 59% probability now has a 17% probability. This is about rate cuts and inflation is up not down. Some think powell will cut in june no matter what. He has bowed to political pressure before. He stupidly said inflation was transitory and played politics to keep his job. Ruined his reputation by telling that lie. Everyone knew it was a lie he repeated when he said it. There are also some who think Powell will cut to save commercial which is in deep trouble., killing some banks. Nothing to do with rcl. Anyone who says it's about some 1 pax doesnt know beans about stocks and the market. 830 am eastern time inflation numbers came out this morning.

Imo the inflation numbers leaked. This is twice the day before bad numbers came out the market sold off heavily the day before on no news. The heavy volume imo was institutional dumping..error I mean selling. Not just rcl, it was the whole market for about a hour yesterday morning dropped like a rock. On heavy selling column. Leaked numbers. Estimate was 3.3 and came in at 3.4%. The optimists been discounting the inflation numbers for months.. saying didnt matter. 3 months in a row is a pattern. I said last year when some on CNBC said 6 or 7 rate cuts they were wrong. Tryding tomconvince people who didnt know better. Either I'm a genius or they were wrong or liars. Inflation is sticky. Surprise surprise. Rcl got hit because borrowing costs woukdnt be dropping. And they have a lot of debt.

I will say my dad had many MOHS done on his legs. So this is a fairly recent change. He golfed and I played tennis in the dallas hot sun. Now paying for it. Eye doctor said excellent results. Ok. Not perfect but he says excellent. I used to read close in better than now. One more check up where he warned he will dilate my eyes... making driving home a little tricky right after.
