If you are on an M or S class ship, that’s the procedure. It’s the E class ships which do not have the correct information on the website or app.

Yes you pick times but they have not been honoring them once you are on board. it’s just like how it appears that you can make reservations for Blu and Luminae. Both are open seating and the reservations you make are only illusions.

On edge class ships, you cannot pick a set dining time, the four MDR are all open seating it may seem from the website and the app that you can pick a date and time, but that is an artifact of the old system, and has never been changed

Solarium was used for evening party on Reflection….. a huge amount of work to remove all loungers and bring in tables and chairs. No discernible odor of chlorine during the party

The doors to the theater typically open 30 minutes before the show. There may be a line forming as people wait for the doors to open but then people take their seats pretty quickly so by fifteen minutes prior to the show, you won’t see any lines

No they don’t give them out at Guest Relations. They will tell you ahead of time that tickets will be given out starting at X o’clock at location Y. If you want the earliest time you will need to show up at that location prior to the opening time. Those on Celebrity shore excursions will go on the first tenders and those in Suites will also get priority, then those with tender tickets will get called

That is incorrect. You can book Royal Caribbean cruises while on Celebrity and vice versa

Do you mean are they checking what your scheduled arrival time is before your admitted to the terminal? Possibly. Sometimes passengers have reported that they walked right into the terminal and other times there’s a hold up and you are held outside the building and not allowed to enter until your scheduled time. Unfortunately, there’s no way to know ahead of time which it will be.

What policy are you speaking of? I know of no restrictions regarding T-shirts in the pool. in fact, when the officers versus passengers volleyball takes place,, the officers themselves often wear T-shirts in the pool.

I won’t say that you are completely out of luck because they do hold some reservations back, but a group of nine might have to take a less desirable time

Actually, the desalinated water really does contain less salt then your water at home. The key for you was that you drink more water, that’s how you get rid of swollen ankles. The most probable cause of swollen ankles on ships, is that they use a lot of salt in the cooking. Many of us don’t use much at home at all, and we’re not used to having such highly salted foods.
