  1. I agree it could’ve been accidental. I probably would’ve sent my husband who would’ve looked at the number and signed.
  2. You should be able to see a lot, it’s pretty amazing (done it 3 times and I’ve lived in the area all of my life, never gets old).
  3. The amount of time needed from a positive PCR starts when you’ve officially taken a PCR test. If you end up testing positive 2 weeks after a positive documented PCR test, you can board with a proof of recovery even if you test positive. If you test positive after your undocumented positive test, you can’t use a proof of recovery, because you don’t have one.
  4. This might help, you will be traveling from the MCT to the Verrazano bridge. https://nycmap360.com/nyc-tourist-map
  5. You want an official PCR test result so you can get a proof of recovery if you are still testing positive for your cruise.
  6. Yes, those fees add up, we’ve done atlantis twice, once through CS, once through the cruiseline, the math changes.
  7. If they have a car it’s a 1 1/2 drive from Allentown PA and 1 hour from Allentown NJ.
  8. Since the drink package only costs about $20 per day, if you drink 2+ drinks a day, it’s worth it.
  9. No splash areas on NCL for diapered kids.
  10. I don’t think it’s possible but it gets asked a lot, wanting to get suite perks but have separate sleeping areas.
  11. I suspect barely anyone pays the OOP price to eat in specialty restaurants. Back when it cost around $25 we’d eat at one specialty, now I think I’d be more likely to buy a dining plan.
  12. They can be assigned right after booking until right before sailing.
  13. We are a family of 7, I’ve tried to book the kids in one cabin and us in a connecting cabin (plus 1 kid) every single time, NCL has refused. On our last cruise, the oldest were 19 and 20, we had connecting cabins, we wanted the UBP but since they insisted on making us book in separate cabins the 2nd passenger on the UBP got a soda package.
  14. We always put one of us in each room on paper and get duplicate keys, I’ve found no rhyme or reason how the beds are, we just tell the steward our preferences.
  15. All cruise lines do this, it’s best not to book non refundable air and hotels before the 6th month mark.
  16. I’ve read stories of folks needing to cancel last minute due to the death of a passenger, a home being destroyed in a hurricane, a child needing to start cancer treatment, they got nothing. At least this is a happy reason to cancel a cruise.
