I hated those bands also. Then one week after we cruised with masks in February they dropped masks.😕

Our full day will be Wednesday May 17. The tours I have looked at are mini busses open top or closed that meet in midtown. The itinerary does have several stops that range form 10 min to 30 min. I think we will be fine if we get to get out several times. There is a 10am time slot which would be perfect for us how long should we factor in for a Uber or Lyft?

I know I read this on one of these threads but I cannot find it. We'll be staying near Port Liberty and will have one full day to explore New York. We're seniors one with limited mobility, can walk 20-30 minutes but not all day. I need to be sure we can get someone to take us to NY to the meeting place of most of these tours. Or do any of the hotels near Port Liberty on International have tours right out of their hotel? Please help before I book my airfare.

Just to clarify I meant in Victoria for our excursion at 6:15

I would also like to know how long it takes to get through the customs bldg to where the bus & taxi's are. Our private excursion said he can pick us up right outside that bldg.

Is it better to buy the ticket through the RCL cruise planner, when we get on the ship or at the tram? Someone posted they were glad they pre purchased their ticket because when they got there, there was a long line. If it matters we will be going up rain, fog or shine. Missed it last time not going to miss it this time.

Can you tell me if the photographers are out taking a photo of you when you get off the ship at each port? Love your review and all the pics.

Following along I love these live or almost live reviews. A couple of weeks ago I booked a 5 night cruise to Bermuda on Liberty OTS out of Cape Liberty. Have fun!

I made a reservation with Showmeseattle.com after watching a vloger's youtube video.

I'll have to rethink that. I just didn't want to do too much on the day we get off the ship. We can drop our luggage & have the PPP food tour booked for 10:30 since our hotel check in isn't until 3:00. I also have to make reservations with the CityPass for some of the places.

When you are in Victoria I heard you have to try a beavertail at the Beavertail store downtown.
