Good morning. Thanks for the Fleet Report/Daily. We should all evaluate our lives from time to time. Rain forests are important and need to be preserved. I try to love my body but it's tough at times. Disagree with the quote, although the time it was written has to be taken into account. I'll pass on the meal, drink and wine (cost). I have been to Puerto Vallarta, on my LA to NY Panama Canal Cruise. It's cold and rainy here. We will barely make it to 40F. The snow is north of us. My eye looked a little red when I went to bed, but I didn't think too much of it. Of course, I awoke with a uveitis flare, and am sitting in a room without lights and wearing sunglasses in order to stand looking at the computer. I'm putting in hourly drops of a stronger steroid. It's been about a month since the last flare; a little progress. @cunnorl My condolences on the passing of your friend. I'm glad your remarks will be able to be said by your nephew at her Celebration of Life. @Quartzsite Cruiser Sorry to hear about DH's issue with the muscle relaxant. Good afternoon. Thanks for the Fleet Report/Daily. I like good meatloaf, although I rarely make it myself. I can appreciate no beard day; there are a few friends I like better without a beard, but like them on others. . Information Overload is a real thing! Funny quote! I like the meal (but without arugala, lol), drink (since I love key lime pie!) and wine. I've never been to Kirkwall, Scotland. It is cold! Brrrr. We're not getting past about 45F today. And it just started raining, but it sounds like sleet 😕. Then possible snow tonight and tomorrow, but I don't think much accumulation. I did turn the heat on last night, but low, just to take the chill off the house. It was a busy morning. I went to the nearby hospital and got my abdominal X-Ray and US done. Then went for blood work and it took almost an hour to get that done! I had the results by the time I got home. Liver enzymes are still a bit elevated. Good afternoon. Thanks for the Fleet Report/Daily. Being retired I have no boss. I love pasta, but limit eating it due to the carbs. I don't think I own anything gaudy. Very true quote. I'll pass on the meal, drink and wine (a bit pricey for me). I've been to NZ, but not Timaru. It's quite windy out, and we won't even get to 50F. A freeze is likely overnight, and snowflakes tomorrow and Wednesday! I found a piece of what looks like flashing in the yard, so I emailed the roofer and he will come by to check it out. I slept much better last night; I did drink about 16 oz of PowerAde last evening. Tomorrow I go for my US and I think I'll get my blood tests done while I'm there. @grapau27 Nice breakfast. Usually after any yard work I will drink PowerAde Zero for the electrolytes. I didn't think I was sweating much yesterday, so didn't drink any. Maybe I should drink some every day just because.

In Christchurch, we went to the International Antarctic Centre, so didn't see the city. In the low temperature chamber Lyttelton Timeball Station. From 1876 to 1934 a ball dropped from its mast on its stone tower, signaling the time to ships in Lyttelton Harbor.

Good afternoon. Thanks for the Fleet Report/Daily. I used to use a dictionary while reading to look up words I didn't know; now I go online. That dovetails with learn a word day. Cats are a Dailyite favorite, but I've never had one. Fun quote. I like the meal and wine. Pass on the drink. I have been to Christchurch. Ugh. Not a fun night. I couldn't fall asleep and felt my heart rate was fast. It was 72, but I'm usually in the 50's in bed. Around 2:30 am I then got bad thigh cramps, in both legs! I got out of bed and hobbled around to try to get relief. I had done a good bit of yard work, so maybe that contributed. I have some tonic water, but it was downstairs and I didn't want to go down the steps. I finally got it to ease up, and got back in bed and fell asleep around 3 am. I did sleep until 9. I will take it easy today, but I have a few small projects to do like fixing my wind chimes and replacing my doorbell. It's the last day in the 60's before we drop into the 40's for a high temp; it's too early for that! @cruzn single Prayers for your stepson as he goes through his surgeries and treatments. @grapau27 Thank you for Fr. Today is a bit warmer, although an air quality alert day. I'd set my alarm for 7:45, but at 7:15 I heard ladders being raised to the roof! So I got out of bed and dressed. I'm supposed to go out to dinner with BFF and 2 friends, so I need to find out if the roofers plan to finish today or tomorrow. Then my Rheumatologist called to set up a GI appointment due to my frequent stomach issues.
