    This happened on one of our cruises a few years ago but they had ALL passengers report to the dining room. What a huge, lengthy mess. Thankfully all were accounted for.

    When logging in to my RCG account on the Internet, I just noticed an area showing a Royal Upgrade availability on several of my upcoming sailings. Never saw that before. I don't see it anywhere on the app, just on line.

    After seven other cruises in 2023 we finally received these on Oasis this week. Top three cruisers also received them at the event.

    Point is for those who inquired which ships have begun the new once-a-day service.🙂 Have a balcony this week, suite next week on Oasis. Attendant hasn't heard when the change is happening on this ship.
