  1. Agree and ours was the same process but in the theater. Maybe due to the number of people (?).
  2. Speaking for yourself. An experience out of the norm is not sweating, whining or complaining about stuff. Of course I'm speaking only for myself.
  3. On our Explorer B2B cruise Our March B2B cruise on the Explorer the entire TAD process was held in the theater. Never left the ship. Smooth and quick. If I remember correctly (hmmm, what's going on here) there was approximately 50 of us consecutive cruisers.
  4. Can we both use the same email address for the eMed tests and can we take the tests consecutively?
  5. Hopefully no Deja Vu for our September Delta flights. 😱🤞 But the song Deja Vu by Crosby, Stills and Nash is a good one. ✌️
  6. When we were on the Explorer in March, masks for the crew were still mandatory. That would have been a real bummer for the CD and staff doing Quest. Hopefully the last time (2019) we shouted out, "this Quest is over", wasn't the last time.
  7. Agree we adjusted accordingly. Thanks for the memory jog about the wine NZ SB I think for us and mushrooms. First leg I wanted a side of sautéed mushrooms with my breakfast. Sorry, only in an omelet. Second leg, sorry no mushrooms. Agree the wait staff was very concerned with the "so sorry, we don't have... No problem, not your fault and always found something else. As you know our biggest challenge was just getting to the ship.
  8. Did a B2B cruise on the Explorer in March and no Quest. Bummer, "this Quest is closed". 😁 We really enjoy Quest.
  9. Don't be intimidated by others. Just ignore those posts.
  10. We prefer the paper copies of the Cruise Compass and food and bar menus. Like in the past all always available on our March B2B cruise on the Explorer. The only time I used the app was to check our onboard account as the Explorer doesn't support the interactive TV option.
  11. So does my wife and that was one of the food items the Explorer ran out of on our March B2B cruise.
  12. You forgot the complaining about threads horse. I believe you won that "beaten to death" race.🤣
  13. Do you have a crystal ball? 😉 Any idea what terminal Celebrity cruises uses? We'll scheduled to stop in Saint John 23 September on the Summit.
  14. Freedom of the Seas, MDR/MTD. B2B, March 2019. We had the same table for both legs. We've had similar tables on the Jewel and Adventure. Just pointing out, not all two tops are configured the same in the MDR.
  15. Once married you share the highest tier level of your spouse. Your C&A points do not increase/match your spouses C&A points.
  16. We prefer two tops and see nothing wrong with them. Close yes. No biggie. But we don't have to talk with others if we don't want to. We can talk with others if we want to. We don't have to wait for others to be seated before ordering. We eat at our pace. Not others or the staff. Not all two tops are that close. We've had two tops that weren't on different class ships.
  17. I guess I'll never be in style then. 😂
  18. OK, let's be serious. Why would you even remotely think (asking for a friend has absolutely nothing to do with it) that anyone (fare paying passenger ) can solicit their (your) business on a cruise ship and especially hanging their (your) garbage on others stateroom doors promoting it? Ridiculous! Common sense can answer that. Hopefully in the future we don't have to hang a "no soliciting" sign on our stateroom door. 😂 You're correct. Some of these threads can be brutal. Honestly brutal. If you can't stand the heat, get out of the kitchen. You can do this by ignoring the responses or asking the CC Mod squad as the OP to lockdown or remove the thread. They should remove it.
  19. Agree with putting the wine in a carryon. The wine won't be confiscated (unless you are over the allowed amount) if packed in the checked suitcase. The suitcase won't be delivered to the stateroom but held in the naughty room. The person will need to go to the naughty room to open their luggage to show security it's a bottle or how many bottles of wine. Then it's that persons responsibility to schlep their luggage to their stateroom.
