  1. We were on the Apex in March and the Elite and above breakfast was held in the Le Grand Bistro, deck 4.
  2. AC isn't minor (but you did finally clarify after many post it was only an issue on the first day, but you felt it was worth mentioning anyway) and I use the TV to check my onboard account. I prefer not to use my phone.
  3. When we cruise with RC we try to avoid intinaries that have a private island stop. We are glad Celebrity doesn't have a private island stop. Unfortunately our March 2024 Caribbean Princess cruise does.
  4. Agree, the parents should be policing their own kids. That seems to be the bigger problem. Agree again. If the kids are bored with Celebrity it is the parents responsibility to keep their kids entertained, not Celebrity.

  6. Not at all. I have with you! I never said you didn't immediately report the brown water issue and I agree with you. No way should any of us have to deal with that. You only disclosed reporting the toilet issue after I asked. You never said until now the AC was only an issue on the first day. If you would have I would never had made a comment. You were the one complaining about the now two stateroom attendants, not me. I was only making a comment based on your multiple complaints concerning your stateroom condition. Based on what you said, I stand behind my word "lazy". Now you want to twist your displeasure with their poor performance on me. Go for it. No, your assumption about me once again is wrong. No, advising the stateroom attendant or GS concerning stateroom issues isn't getting the little guy(s) in trouble. Again your assumption is wrong. Most of your complaints (maybe excluding the brown water) could have been handled by your stateroom attendants. You let them know and they notify the department that handles those problems. Speaking from experience. You did exactly that when you told them about the toilet flushing issues. They didn't fix it, they notified maintenance. I haven't attacked you.
  7. Your Seapass card does have your tier level on it. Also remember the CC HH drinks are still from the same CC HH limited beverage menu and not the general bar menu. Ask for the CC HH beverage menu to ensure you don't get charged for your drinks.
  8. Yikes, wasn't the LOS sold in 2016 or 2017? Forgot all about her. I'm not doubting the seriousness of the brown water situation. I agree with @CelebrityBrownWater. I would have reported it faster than a New York minute. No, if you reread the current posts between @CelebrityBrownWater and me, they only reported the brown water and the toilet not flushing not the other issues they posted in #1 post of the thread. IMO and only speaking for us, all important to us and reportable.

  13. Ludicrous, no. Not amusing at all. I consider it helping out the stateroom attendant if something got over looked that will effect our comfort and enjoyment of the stateroom and cruise and the next guest. Paying it forward.
  14. Your assumption is wrong. I (we) believe if it's broke, get it fixed. We don't accept broken or not working properly at home so we aren't going to just live with it on a cruise. No matter how major or minor for the entire length of the cruise. That's how we roll but I shouldn't expect others to do the same. Luckily for us no matter the cruise line we've never experienced all the issues you did on one cruise. Maybe a burned out light bulb or a squeaky balcony door when opening or closing. But they were reported and fixed. Maybe your next Celebrity cruise will be without issue.
  15. You being critical of your cruise had nothing to do with my comment. My point was pay it forward. Apparently the last guest that had your stateroom had the same attitude you did. Karma. 🤣 How's the staff to know when something is broken or doesn't work or work properly if we all don't address the issue(s) to the correct people.

  17. But now you've become part of the problem, not the solution. So the next guest, like you will have to deal with tv not working, AC barely cooling the room and a lazy stateroom attendant. Hopefully you mentioned and rated accordingly on your PCS.
  18. I realize that, but I was wondering how the other issues were handled that you stated in your first post. All you've mentioned in your follow up posts is the brown water.
