    I did Rio to Santiago on the Amsterdam in 2004/'05. As a Canadian I needed a tourist visa to enter Brazil (the only country). It was very expensive - I think $248.00 (but was multiple entry and valid for 10 years). It was 'nerve wracking' because I had to apply by mail through a visa agency to the Brazilian embassy in Ottawa, and I only received it three days before I was to fly to Rio.

    The-Inside-Cabin, What room are you in? Did you you get to pick it? I just looked at the 2025 World Cruise and they are only taking Guarantee bookings. I would never commit to such a cruise without being able to pick my room.

    If none of the above work, try clearing your DNS resolver cache. To do this on Wndows, in the 'Search' box type cmd. Open 'Command Prompt' (a black window will pop up), type ipconfig /flushdns and hit your 'enter' key.

    It would delete ports and add other ports. I agree if they make such a major itinerary change, people should be given the opportunity to cancel with no penalty.

    7-day cruise = 1 night special dining. It's a redundancy.

    That's out of date. You can no longer smoke in the Oak Room on the Noordam. The only smoking area now is the Seaview Bar aft on Lido deck.

    Due to the Coriolis effect, penguins are on the port side and swim clockwise in the southern hemisphere, and on starboard side swimming counter clockwise in the northern hemisphere.

    It has always amazed me people are willing to pay 800 times the price of potable tap water for bottled water, especially when the source of a considerable percentage of bottled waters is a municipal water supply somewhere.

    Caveat emptor I just did two searches for my booked 28-day Noordam cruise. One search under 'Find Cruises" and the other under the 'Time of Your Life Sale with Free Balcony Upgrade'. Find Cruises Free Balcony Upgrade

    For both the Signature and Elite Beverage Packages HAL lists the exclusions as - "Excludes Mini Bar, Juices at Gelato, Room Service, beverages on Half Moon Cay, Freestyle Coca-Cola and any self-service draft beer." Where does fresh squeezed OJ fit into that? Is it from 'Gelato'?
